Claims (8)

  1. 소정의 프로그램(program) 또는 순서에 따라 결합된 다수의 코일을 이루도록 감긴 길다랗게 연속된 부재의 일부와; 상기 코일을 상기 결합 위치로 유지시키는 결합 수단으로 구성되는 실질적으로 원형 단면인 환상 부재가 포함되는 차량용 타이어 비드에 있어서, 상기 길다란 부재의 상기 일부는 피복되지 않는 금속 와이어의 일부이고, 상기 결합 수단은 열수축성 재료의 단일 선조(monofilament) 코드 또는 야안(yarn)과 같은 가요성 외측 결합 부재의 일부로 이루어지며, 상기 가요성 결합 부재의 일부는 루프(loop)를 이루어 상기 환상 부재의 둘레에 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 타이어 비드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 와이어가 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 와이어가 케이블인 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가요성 결합 부재의 상기 부분이 서로 연결되는 2 대향 단부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 2단부가 매듭으로 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 매듭이 편평한 매드이고, 상기 가요성 결합부재는 적어도 2개의 야안으로 구성된 코드인 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비드가 관상 본체이고; 상기 와이어의 상기 부분과 상기 가요성 결합 부재는 각각의 대향 단부를 가지며; 상기 대향 단부들이 상기 관상 본체와 맞물리고, 상기 관상 본체는 상기 모든 단부들을 함께 연결시키기 위하여 상기 단부들의 둘레에 죄어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열 수축성이 재료가 폴리아미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 비드.
