Claims (23)

  1. A)그라프트 중합반응 조건하에서, 성분 b)와 c)가 각각 동시에 (C1-C4)히드록시알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 인것이 아닌 한, a)고체 에폭시 수지 즉 분자당 평균 한개 이상의 측면 에폭시기를 갖고 또 500이상의 평균 에폭사이드 당량을 갖는 에폭시 수지, b)ⅰ)(C8-C18)알킬(메트)아크릴레이트, ⅱ)비닐 방향족 화합물 및 ⅲ)(C1-C4)히드록시알킬(메트)아크릴레이트중 한개 이상, 및 c)ⅰ)(C1-C4)알킬(메트)아크릴레이트 및 ⅱ)(C1-C4)히드록시알킬(메트)아크릴레이트중 임의의 한개 이상을, 단량체 b) 및 임의의 단량체 c)로 부터 형성된 중합체를 성분a)의 중합체 사슬로 그라프트 중합반응시키는 것을 촉진하는 유효한 d)촉매 존재하에서, 중합시켜 제조한 공중합체, 및 B)공중합체 A)용 경화제를 포함하는 분말 코팅 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고체 에폭시 수지 a)가 액체 폴리에폭사이드를 에폭사이드기와 반응성인 2개의 기를 갖는 저분자량의 이관능성 화합물을 사용하여 사슬연장시켜 제조된 코팅 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드가 폴리글리시딜 에테르 또는 폴리글리시딜 에스테르인 코팅 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드가 2,2-비스(4-히드록시페닐)프로판 또는 비스(4-히드록시페닐)메탄의 디글리시딜이고 또 킬로그램당 1.0당량 이상의 1,2-에폭사이드 함량을 갖는 코팅 조성물.
  5. 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 이관능성 화합물이 비스페놀, 일핵성이가 페놀 또는 디카르복시산인 코팅 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 비스페놀이 비스페놀 A 또는 테트라브로모페놀 A이고, 이가 페놀이 레조르시놀이며 또 디카르복시산이 헥사히드로프탈산인 코팅 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 공중합체 A)의 성분 b)가 n-옥틸-, 라우릴-또는 옥타데실 메타크릴레이트, 스티렌, 히드록시에틸 메타크릴레이트 또는 이들의 혼합물인 코팅 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 그라프 공중합체 A)의 성분 c)가 메틸 메타크릴레이트인 코팅 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분 b)가 성분 a)의 중량을 기준해서 5 내지 50중량%의 양으로 공중합체 A)중에 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성분 b)가 성분 a)의 중량을 기준해서 40 내지 50중량%의 양으로 공중합체 A)중에 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 성분 c)가 성분 a)의 중량을 기준해서 0 내지 55중량%의 양으로 공중합체 A)중에 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 성분 c)가 성분 a)의 중량을 기준해서 40 내지 50중량%의 양으로 공중합체 A)중에 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 촉매 성분 d)가 무기 또는 유기 과산화물인 코팅 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 촉매 성분 d)가 아실 과산화물, 케톤 과산화물, 또는 히드로 과산화물인 코팅 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 촉매 성분 d)가 벤조일 과산화물, p-클로로벤조일 과산화물 또는 삼차부틸벤조에이트, 메틸 에틸 케톤 과산화물 또는 시클로헥산온 과산화물 또는 큐멘 과산화물 또는 삼차 부틸 히드로과산화물인 코팅 조성물.
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 그라프트 중합반응중에 존재하는 촉매 성분 d)의 양이, 단량체 b) 및 경우에 따라 c)로 제조된 중합체를 성분 a)의 중합체 사슬상으로 현저한 수준으로 그라프팅시키기 위해, 성분 a)의 중량을 기준하여 1 내지 10중량%범위로 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경화제인 성분 B)가 지방족 아민, 디시안디아미드, 방향족 아민, 카르복시산, 페놀 화합물, 또는 폴리에스테르인 코팅 조성물.
  18. 제1항 내지 제17항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경화제가 그라프트 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 하여 1 내지 75중량%의 양으로 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 경화제가 그라프트 공중합체의 중량을 기준해서 5 내지 40중량%의 양으로 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  20. 제1항 내지 제19항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 경화제 촉진제가 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  21. 제1항 내지 제20항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 미립자 충전제 또는 안료 유동 조절제, 조직 조절 첨가제, 공기 발생제, 광택 조절 첨가제, 및 미끄럼 보조제중 한개 이상이 존재하는 코팅 조성물.
  22. 제1항 내지 제21항중 어느 하나에 따른 분말 코팅을 코팅될 물품에 도포하고 또 이렇게 코팅된 물품을 경화시키는 것을 포함하는 물품을 코팅하는 방법.
  23. 제22항에 따른 방법에 의해 코팅된 물품.
