Claims (5)

  1. 하나의 방법에서 공급부 제품으로서 사용된 탄화수소 혼합물의 비-방향족 성분은 추출 증류관의 상부에 걸쳐서 증류되며, 한편 사용된 용매와 함께 방향족 추출 증류관의 저면으로부터 배출되며 용매로부터 하류에 연결된 제거관에서 증류에 의하여 분리되며, 방향족은 상부 생성물로서 배출되고 용매는 제거관으로부터 저면 생성물로서 배출되며, 그래서 용매는 추출증류관으로 재순환되어지는 그러나 선택적인 용매를 가지는 추출 증류에 의하여 어떤 가능한 방향족 함량의 탄화수소 혼합물로부터 방향족 분리하기 위한 공정에 있어서, 용매의 단지 일부만이 제거관의 저면으로부터 방향족의 완전한 제거를 위하여 필요하여진 고온에서 배출되며, 한편 용매의 잔류물은 제거관으로부터 특정한 방향족 함량을 가지고 저온에서 측방유출물로서 회수되며, 이러한 측방유출물은 제거관 저면으로부터 나오는 용매의 유출물에 대한 투입 지점의 아래로 6개 내지 10개의 단들이 있는 지점에서, 환류로써 실시된 추출 증류관으로 재순환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전체 용매의 량 55 내지 60%는 저면으로부터 배출되며 그 잔류물을 제거관으로부터 측방유출물로서 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 제거관의 저면으로부터 배출된 용매의 부분 유출물은, 추출 증류관으로 재순환되어지기 전에 그 자체가 공지된 방법으로 냉각되며 한편 용매부분 측방유출물이 추출 증류관으로 재순환되기전에 제거관으로 측방유출물로서 배출된 용매 부분 유출물에 대하여는 냉각이 이루어지지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 추출 증류는 1.5 내지 2.5의 환류비에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 추출 증류는 생성된 비-방향족으로부터 용매 잔류물을 분리하기 위하여 용매 공급부의 윗쪽에 추가 관 구간을 가지는 관에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 공정.
