Abstract

Le procédé concerne une modification apportée au procédé de distillation azéotropique-extractive décrit dans le brevet principal. La modification consiste à injecter de l'eau liquide au lieu d'eau vapeur dans la zone de la colonne de distillation comprise entre le point d'injection de solvant et la tête de colonne qui se trouve vaporisée par échange thermique au contact des vapeurs ascendants. Le procédé est applicable à la purification de benzène et de toluène au moyen d'amides aliphatiques alcoyles.
