Abstract

L'invention est relative à un procédé de production d'halogénures d'alcoyle secs. Suivant l'invention, on fait réagir l'alcanol C1 -C4 correspondant avec au moins 10 % d'exces par rapport à la quantité stoechiométrique d'halogénure d'hydrogène à une température de 50 à 180 degrés C et sous une pression de 1,77 à 28,2 kg/cm**2, on enlève la phase vapeur d'halogénure organique et d'halogénure d'hydrogène et on la met en contact avec un courant de reflux liquide d'halogénure organique et d'halogénure d'hydrogène, on retire les vapeurs de la zone de contact susdite dans un état sec, et on sépare l'halogénure organique à partir de l'halogénure d'hydrogène. Ce procédé permet une production avec rendement élevé et avec un minimum de sous-produits de moindre valeur.
