Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement du houblon. Ce procédé consiste à utiliser du dioxyde de carbone fluide CO2 , comme agent d'extinction dans des conditions de température et de pression telles que la température est inférieure à la température critique de CO2 et la pression est supérieure à la pression critique de CO2 , dans le récipient sous haute pression 4. Application à l'obtention de composés oestrogéniquement actifs.
