Claims (4)
- 판두께 방향으로 분극된 판형상의 압전부재와, 비도전성 및 비전왜곡성 으로서 상기 압전부재의 강성보다 낮은 강성의 재료에 의해서 형성되어 상기 압전부재에 접합된 기판과, 상기 압전부재의 표면에서 이 압전부재와 상기 기판과의 접합면을 초과하는 깊이로 형성된 일단에 잉크토출구를 가지고 잉크공급부에 접속되는 복수의 압력실과, 이들의 압력실의 양측에 배치되어 상기 기판측의 일면과 양 내측면과의 전면에 접합된 복수의 전극과, 상기 압전부재에 표현 접합된 천판으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터헤드.
- 판두께 방향으로 분극된 판형상의 압전부재와, 비도전성 및 비전왜곡성으로서 상기 압전부재의 강성보다 낮은 강성의 재료에 의해서 형성된 기판을 접합하고, 상기 압전부재의 표면으로부터 상기 기판의 내부에 도달하는 가늘고 긴 복수개의 홈을 연삭가공에 의해서 형성하며, 상기 기판의 상기 홈의 표면에 이 기판의 내부조직을 노출시켜서, 상기 홈의 전 내면에 전극을 무전해 도금에 의해서 형성하고, 상기 압전부재의 표면에 천판을 접합합으로서 상기 각 홈의 개구면을 폐색하여 압력실을 형성하며, 이들이 압력실에 잉크토출구를 형성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터헤드의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 무전해도금용의 촉매핵을 혼입한 플라스틱에 의해서 기판을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터헤드의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 또는 제3항에 있어서, 압전부재의 표면으로부터 기판의 내부에 도달하는 깊이를 가지고 연삭된 복수의 홈의 내면에 무전해도금용 촉매을 부여하고, 상기 압전부재의 표면에 전극형성부 및 통전용의 배선패턴 형성부 이외의 부분을 덮는 마스크를 포토링그래피의 수법에 의해서 형성하고, 상기 압전부재와 상기 기판을 무전해 도금욕에 침지함으로서 상기 전극형성부에 있어서 전극과 상기 배선 패턴형성부에 있어서의 배선 패턴과 동시에 형성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크제트프린터해드의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
