업세팅 프레스의 작동방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 편심기에 의해 작동되는 프레스공구로 슬랩의 폭을 단압축소하는 것을 보여주는 본발명방법실시와 관련된 업세팅프레스의 수형 단면도이고,
제2도는 본발명의 한 실시예에 의한 크랭크기구의 편심기의 회전각에 관한 슬랩의 업세팅프레스 통과속도를 슬랩의 이동거리와 관련하여 예시한 도표이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 슬랩이 업세팅 프레스에 의해 테이블 로울러위로 경우에 따라 이송되는 동안, 행정편심기에 의해 서로 이쪽 저쪽으로 움직일수 있는 업세팅 프레스의 프레스공구 사이에서, 슬랩을 측방가압함에 의해 연속주조장치에 의해 주조된 고온슬랩의 폭을 축소시키기 위한 업세팅프레스의 작동방법에 있어서, 프레스공구가 슬랩가장자리와 접촉하지 않는 기간에 슬랩이 소정된 통과속도로부터 가속되고 다시 이 통과 속도로 감속되게하며, 이 경우에 있어 단압축소율이 미리 감소되게하는 것을 특징으로 하는 업세팅프레스의 작동방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 0° 내지 180°의 단압행정 편심기의 회전각에서는 슬랩이 구동가능한 테이블로울러의 도움으로 소정의 통과속도로 이동되며 또한 슬랩은 180° 내지 360°의 회전각에서는 구동로울러에 의해 가속되었다가 다시 감속되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 슬랩이 단압행정편심기의 약 180° 내지 360°의 회전각에서는 소정된 통과속도의 약 2 배 내지 4 배로 가속되고 이어서 이 통과속도로 감속되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 슬랩이 단압행정편심기의 약 180° 내지 360°의 회전각에서는 180° 이하의 단압각에서 보다 더큰 통과거리 바람직하게는 2배의 거리를 주행하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
