제1도는 본 발명의 방법을 실현하기 위한 공조기의 콤프레셔 제어회로도, 제2도는 일반적인 펄스폭 변조파형 합성도, 제3도는 본 발명에 의한 제어방법을 위한 펄스폭 변조파형 합성도.
Claims (2)
- 펄스폭 변조방식에 의해 콤프레셔에 교류전력을 공급하는 인버어터의 출력주파수를 제어하도록된 공조기의 콤프레셔 구동 제어방법에 있어서, 콤프레서 '온'상태시 콤프레셔로부터의 입력온도(Ti)를 받아들이고 운전지령의 종류를 판별하여 난방운전 선택의 상기 입력온도(Ti)를 콤프레셔 윤활류의 점성이 크게되는 특정온도(Ta)와 비교하여 이 특정온도(Ta)이하일 경우 '운전중'여부를 판별하며, '운전중'상태시 타이머에 의한 일정설정시간(Tset)동안 스탠드 바이 제어운전을 행하고 '운전중'상태가 아니면 상기 콤프레셔 온도(Ti)를 감시하여 이를 특정온도(Ta)와 비교함에 의해 선택적으로 상기 스탠드바이 제어운전을 행하며, 상기 스탠드바이 제어운전중에 지속적으로 상기 입력온도(Ti)와 상기 특정온도(Ta)를 비교하여 상기 특정온도(Ta)이상이 되면 상기 스탠드바이 제어운전을 종료하고 처음의 온도감시 상태를 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공조기의 콤프레셔 기동제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기의 스탠드바이 제어운전이 콤프레셔에 공급되는 3상교류 전력중 한 상에 특정 듀티를 갖고 일정전압을 갖는 펄스와 캐리어인 삼각파 전압을 비교하여 한 상 또는 두상에 해당하는 데이타를 작성하고, 나머지 상에 대하여는 0V와 삼각파를 비교하여 소정의 데이타를 작성함으로써, 상기 각 상이 '온'되는 구간에서 콤프레셔모우터의 고정자에 전류를 흘려 이 고정자의 인덕터 성분에 발열이 이루어지도록 한것을 특징으로 하는 공조기의 콤프레셔 기동제어방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
