Claims (14)

  1. (a) (i)불포화 카르복실산 및 그의 유도체로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분 (C) 0.01~5 중량부, 및 (ⅱ)자유-라디칼 개시제 (D) 0.01~2 중량부, 및 (ⅲ) 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지 (A) 55~5 중량% 및 에틸렌과 탄소수 3이상의 α- 올레핀으로 된 무정형 또는 저결정성 올레핀 공중합체 (B) 45~95중량%로 구성되는 혼합물 100중량부를 혼합하여 전구체 혼합물을 수득하고, (b) 압출기의 중간부 및 압출기의 후반부로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 부위에 설치된 하나 이상의 부공급기가 있는 압출기의 전반부에서 그 전구체 혼합물을웅용-훈련시켜 개질된 전구체 혼합물을 수득한 다음, (c) 압출기의 적어도 하나의 부공급기로 부터 결정성 폴리 올레핀 수지 (E)를 공급하고, 그 수지 (E)를 개질된 전구체 혼합물과, 성분 (A)와 (B)의 총중량의 성분(E)의 중량에 대한 비가 60:40~2:98의 범위이도록 혼합함으로써 수득된 접착성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 말레산 무수물인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지(A)가 에틸렌 탄소수 3 이상의 α- 올레핀으로 된 공중합체이며, 그 공중합체가 90 중량% 이상의 에틸렌 함량을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무정형 또는 저결정성 올레핀 공중합체 (B)가 ASTM-D747에 준하여 측정할때 1,500 ㎏/㎠ 이하의 굴곡 탄성율을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, ASTM-D747에 준하여 측정할때 500 ㎏/㎠ 내지 2,500 ㎏/㎠의 굴곡 탄성율을 갖는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 압출기가 이축 스크류 압출기임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 부공급기가 일측 스크류 또는 이축 스크류 압출기임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. (a) (i)불포화 카르복실산 및 그의 유도체로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분 (C) 0.01~5 중량부, 및 (ⅱ)자유-라디칼 개시제 (D) 0.01~2 중량부, 및 (ⅲ) 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지 (A) 55~5 중량% 및 에틸렌과 탄소수 3이상의 α- 올레핀으로 된 무정형 또는 저결정성 올레핀 공중합체 (B) 45~95중량%로 구성되는 혼합물 100중량부를 혼합하여 전구체 혼합물을 수득하고, (b) 압출기의 중간부 및 압출기의 후반부로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 적어도 한 부위에 설치된 하나 이상의 부공급기가 있는 압출기의 전반부에서 그 전구체 혼합물을 웅용-훈련시켜 개질된 전구체 혼합물을 수득한 다음, (c) 압출기의 적어도 하나의 부공급기로 부터 결정성 폴리 올레핀 수지 (E)를 공급하고, 그 수지 (E)를 개질된 전구체 혼합물과, 성분 (A)와 (B)의 총중량의 성분(E)의 중량에 대한 비가 60:40~2:98의 범위이도록 혼합하는 단계들로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 접착성 수지 조성물의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 성분 (C)로서 말레산 무수물을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 결정성 폴리올레핀 수지 (A)로서 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 이상의 α-올레핀으로 구성되며 90 중량% 이상의 에틸렌 함량을 갖는 공중합체를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 단계(a)가 무정형 또는 저결정성 올레핀 공중합체 (B)로서 에틸렌과 탄소수 3 이상의 α-올레핀으로 구성되며 ASTM-D747에 준하여 측정한 굴곡 탄성율이 1,500 ㎏/㎠ 이하의 무정형 또는 저결정성 올레핀 공중합체를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 접착성 수지 조성물이 ASTM-D747에 준하여 측정할때 500 ㎏/㎠ 내지 2,500 ㎏/㎠의 굴곡 탄성율을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 단계(b)가 압출기로서 이축 스크류 압출기를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 단계(b)가 하나 이상의 부공급기로서 일축스크류 또는 이축 스크류 압출기를 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
