Claims (4)

  1. (a) 130 내지 200°C 및 5 내지 125bar 에서 액체상으로 산소분자 또는 산소분자 함유 기체를 사용하여 시클로 핵산을 산화시킴에 의한, 본질적으로 히드로과산화 시클로헥실, 시클로 헥산올, 시클로헥사논 및 시클로헥산으로 이루어진 혼합물의 제조단계, (b)(b1) 본질적으로 산화 시클로헥산과 시클로헥센으로 이루어지고 수호화후 단계(a)로 재순환되는 분획(b2)본질적으로 산화시클로 헥센으로 이루어지는 분획,(b3) 본질적으로 시클로헥사올과 시클로헥사논으로 이루어진 혼합물 및(b4) 본질적으로 히드로과산화 시클로헥실, 시클로헥산을, 시클로 헥사논 및 촉매로 이루어진 혼합물을 얻기 위한, 단계(c)로 부터 생성되고 산화 시클로헥센을 함유하는 에폭시화 혼합물과 단계(a)로 부터 혼합물의 공동 증류 분리단계, 및(c) 본질적으로 산화 시클로 헥센, 시클로헥산올, 시틀로헥사논, 시클로헥센, 시클로헥산 및 촉매로 이루어지고 단계(a)로 부터의 혼합물과 함께 단계 (b)에서 증류에 의해 분리되는 에폭시화 혼합물을 얻기위해, 주기율표의 제4내지 6족으로부터의 전이금속 화합물의 존재하에 상승된 온도에서, 분획(b4)으로서 얻어지고 히드로과산화 시클로 헥실을 함유하는 혼합물을 시클로-헥산과의 혼합물중의 시클로헥센과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는, 산화시클로헥센, 시클로헥산을 및 시클로헥사논의 순화식 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 시클로헥산에 용해될 수 있는 몰리브덴 화합물이 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,히드로과산화 시클로헥실을 함유하는 혼합물의 분리가 120분의 최대 진류시간으로 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 잇어서, 0.7 내지 1의 시클로헥센과 히드로과산화 시클로 헥실 사이의 몰비가 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
