Claims (2)

  1. a. 130내지 165℃의 용융점을 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 포함하는 0.5내지 10mm의 두께를 갖는 층, b. 90내지 140℃의 용융점을 갖는 올레핀 공중합체를 토대로 한 고열 용융 접착물로 이루어진 0.05 내지 0.5mm의 두께를 갖는 중간층, c. 125내지 155℃의 용융점을 갖는 프로필렌 공중합체를 토대로 한 3내지 200mm의 0.015내지 0.1g/㎠의 밀도를 갖는 포옴층, d. 90내지 140℃의 용융점을 갖는 올레핀 공중합체를 토대로 한 고열 용융 접착물로 이루어진 0.05내지 0.5mm의 두께를 갖는 중간층, e. 130내지 165℃의 용융점을 갖는 프로필렌 중합체를 포함하는 0.5 내지 10mm의 두께를 갖는층으로 이루어진 완충 프로필렌중합체 복합 성형물.
  2. 가스 밀봉 방식으로 차단되지 않은 모울드에서, 모울드 벽의 형태에 매치드 되는, 한편으로는 a)와 b)의 층과 또 다른 한편으로는 d)와 e)의 층사이의 공간을 2내지 8mm의 평균 지름을 갖는 포옴 c)의 입자로 채우고, 그들이 서로 팽창하고 접합될 수 있는 방식으로 스팀 또는 고열 공기를 도입함에 의해 이 공간에서 입자를 가열시키는 것으로 이루어지고, 그리고 중간층 b와 d를 용융시키고 동시에 그들을 층 a,c및 e에 접합시키는 것으로이루어진 제1항에 청구된 바와같은 폴리프로필렌 복합 성형물을 제조하기 위한 방법.
