Claims (5)

  1. 고온에서 산 무수물 및 용매 존재하에, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 :
    (상기식에서 A는 C1-C6알킬, 페닐 또는, 페닐로 치환된 C1-C6알킬이고; L은 수소 또는 할로겐이고, M과 R은 각각 독립적으로, 수소, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C4알킬 설피닐, C1-C4알킬 설포닐, CN, NO2, 할로겐, CF3, R3CF2Z, R3CO 또는 NR4R5이고, M 및 R이 인접한 위치에 있을 때, 그들이 부착되어 있는 탄소원자와 함께 취해져서 고리를 형성할 수 있고, 여기서, MR은 구조 :
    -OCH2O-, -CCF2O- 또는 -CH=CH-CH=CH-;을 나타내고, 이때, Z는 S(O)n 또는 0이고;R1은 C1-C6알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬 또는 페닐이고; R2는 수소, F, CHF2, CHFC1또는 CF3이고; R3는 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 NR4R5이고; R4는 수소, 또는 C1-C4알킬이고;
    R5는 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 R6CO이고;R6는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고;n은 정수 0, 1 또는 2이다.)을 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물 :
    (상기식에서 X는 Cl 또는 Br이고, W는 CN, NO2또는 COOR1이다) 1몰 당량 및 유기 염기 적어도 1몰 당량과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)을 특징으로 하는 화합물의 제조 방법 :
    (상기식에서 A, W, L, M 및 R은 상기 정의된 바와 같다).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 온도는 3°내지 100℃인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 트리(C1-C4알킬)아민이고 용매가 아세토니트릴인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 유기 염기가 트리에틸아민인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, X가 C1이고, W가 CN 또는 NO2인 방법.
