가공물, 특히 강판을 산세(酸洗)하기 위하여 사용된 염산조내에 포함된 실리콘 화합물의 분리방법

제1도는 본 발명을 실시하는 처리설비의 블록도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 강가공물을 산세하기 위하여 사용된 염산조내에 포함된 실리콘 화합물을 분리함에 있어 사용조는 물 제거에 의한 농축후에 재사용되고 연이어서 철화합물을 회수할 목적으로 처리되는 방법으로서, 사용조로부터 실리콘 화합물을 비이온형으로 분리하고 이 방법으로 이들을 농축하기 위하여 농축조상에서 고체-액체 분리작업을 실시하고, 비이온형인 실리콘 화합물의 침전화를 증진시키기 위하여 상술한 농축실리콘 화합물을 포함하는 상술된 사용조의 대부분의 분액을 재순환 사용하며 이때 상기 분액중의 또 다른 일부분은 방출됨이 특징인 강 가공물을 산세하기 위하여 사용된 염산조내에 포함된 실리콘 화합물의 분리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 농축조상에서 실시된 고-액 분리작업은 접선을 따라 작용하는 미세여과 방법(tangential microfiltration operation)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 접선을 따라 작용하는 미세여과는 차단한계 0.2㎛를 갖는 격벽에 의하여 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 격벽은 탄소-탄소 합성품임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 농축조의 온도는 50℃∼90℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재순환 사용조의 분액을 진탕함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항∼제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재순환 사용조의 분액의 산성도를 증가해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
