Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru înlaturarea compusilor de metale grele din namolurile reziduale rezultate la tabacarie. în conformitate cu inventia, la o suspensie continînd cel mult 100 kg/m3 de material solid, se agauga acid sulfuric si/sau un amestec de acid mineral continînd cel putin 30% în greutate acid sulfuric, astfel încît concentratia de acid sa depaseasca 10% în greutate totala a namolului, iar pH-ul amestecului da fie sub 1 dupa terminarea tratamentului cu acid. reactia este reasizata la o temperatura între 20 si 100 degree C, sub agitare puternica. Lichidul acid continînd sarurile de metale grele este separat de namol, iar solutia este neutralizata; sarurile metalice se precipita, se purifica si namolul organic este spalat pîna la eliberarea totala de ionii metalici si de acid.
