제1도는 여러 가지의 열가소성 물질로된 두 개의 분리된 연속층을 구비하는 제1복합 유동으로부터 다층 유동을 형성하기 위한 본 발명의 방법을 개략 도시한 도면. 제2도는 본 발명의 장치의 제1실시예의 전체 등각도, 제3도 내지 제3도는 제2도 장치의 제1부분 또는 소부재의 전방 또는 상류측에서 취한 상기 제1소부재내에서의 도관 격리를 도시하는, 장치 및 도관을 통해 이동하는 유체의 유동경로 도시도.

Claims (18)

  1. 유체 질량내에 경계면을 형성하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 유체 질량의 제1유동을 다수의 지류로 분할하는 단계, 상기 지류를 재위치시키는 단계, 상기 지류를 대칭 형태로 각각 확대 및 축소시키는 단계 및, 유체 질량의 제2유동을 형성하기 위해 지류를 재결합시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지류는 균일하게 확대 및 축소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. z축은 제1혼합 유동의 유동 방향으로 연장되고, x 축은 제1혼합 유동의 횡방향으로 연장되어 층 경계면의 횡방향 치수를 한정하며, y축은 한쌍의 분리된 중복층의 두께 방향으로 편평한 층경계면으로부터 수직으로 이격 연장되는 것으로 간주할 때, x-y-z좌표계의 x-z평면에 위치하는 편평한 층 경계면을 적어도 한쌍의 그 사이에 한정하는 중합 물질로된 여러개의 분리된 중복층으로 이루어지는 제1혼합 유동내에 경계면을 형성하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 분리된 중복층과 그 사이에 한정되는 편평한 층경계면이 두 개 이상의 지류 사이에 분포되도록 상기 제1혼합 유동을 다수의 지류로 분할하는 단계, 지류가 z축을 따라 흐를 때 상기 한쌍의 분리된 중복층과 그 사이의 편평한 층 경계면이 그 사이에서 x축 및 y축을 따라 분포되도록 적어도 둘 이상의 지류를 재위치시키는 단계, 적어도 두 개 이상의 횡방향 치수를 x축을 따라 각각 대칭적으로 확대 시키는 단계, 적어도 두 개 이상의 지류의 두께를 y축을 따라 각각 대칭적으로 축소시키는 단계 및, 제1혼합 유동보다 많은 수의 중합 물질로된 분산된 중복층을 구비하는 제2혼합 유동을 형성하도록 지류를 중복관계로 재결합시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지류는 균일하게 확대되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지류는 균일하게 축소되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성 방법.
  6. z축은 제1혼합 유동의 유동 방향으로 연장되고 x축은 제1혼합 유동의 횡방향으로 연장되어 층 경계면의 횡방향 치수를 한정하며 y축은 한쌍의 분리된 중복층의 두께 방향으로 편평한 층경계면으로부터 수직으로 이격 연장되는 것으로 간주할 때 x-y-z좌표계의 x-z평면에 위치하는 편평한 층 경계면을 적어도 한쌍이 그 사이에 한정하는 중합 물질로된 여러개의 분리된 중복층으로 이루어지는 제1혼합 유동내에 경계면을 형성하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 분리된 중복층과 그 사이에 한정되는 편평한 층경계면이 두 개 이상의 지류 사이에 분포되도록 상기 제1혼합 유동을 다수의 지류로 분할하는 단계, 지류가 z축을 따라 흐를때 상기 한쌍의 분리된 중복층과 그 사이의 편평한 층 경계면이 그 사이에서 x축 및 y축을 따라 분포되도록 적어도 둘 이상의 지류를 재위치시키는 단계, 제1혼합 유동보다 많은 수의 중합 물질로된 분산된 중복층을 구비하는 제2혼합 유동을 형성하도록 지류를 중복관계로 재결합시키는 단계, 상기 제2혼합 유동의 횡방향 치수를 x축을 따라 대칭적으로 확대시키는 단계 및, 상기 제2혼합 유동의 두께를 y축을 따라 대칭적으로 축소시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성 방법.
  7. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1혼합 유동은 장방형 또는 정방형의 거의 동일한 단면을 갖는 다수의 지류로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경게면 형성방법.
  8. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지류를 재위치시키는 단계는 그 단면의 별다른 변경이 없이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성방법.
  9. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 지류를 재위치시키는 단계는 지류를 y축을 따라 확대 이동시키는 것과 x축을 따라 축소 이동시키는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성방법.
  10. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1혼합 유동은 짝수개의 지류로 분할되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성방법.
  11. 제3항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1혼합 유동내의 적어도 일부 분리된 중복층은 편평하고 연속적이며 x축을 따라 제1혼합유동을 가로지르는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 지류가 재결합되므로써 상기 제2혼합 유동은 제1혼합 유동보다 많은 수의 분리되고 편평한 연속층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 확대 및 축소된 이후의 제2혼합 유동은 제1혼합 유동보다 많은 수의 분리되고 편평한 연속층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성방법.
  14. 다층 형성된 플래스틱 제품 제조방법에 있어서, 제1항 또는 제3항의 방법에 따른 제2혼합 유동 형성 단계 및 제2혼합 유동을 소요 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  15. 제1항, 제3항 또는 제6항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 다층막.
  16. 다층 형성된 플래스틱 제품 제조 방법에 있어서, 제6항의 방법에 따라 제2혼합 유동을 형성, 확대 및 축소시키는 단계 및, 제2혼합 유동을 소요 형상으로 성형하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  17. 제3항의 제1혼합 유동내에 경계면을 형성하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 한 쌍의 분리된 중복층과 그 사이에 한정되는 편평한 층 경계면이 두 개 이상의 지류 사이에 분포되도록 상기 제1혼합 유동을 다수의 지류로 분할하는 수단, 상기 지류를 x축 및 y축을 따라 재위치시키기 위한 다수의 제1도관, 상기 장치의 중앙에 위치하는 입구 개구로부터 그 출구 포트까지 x축을 따르는 그 각각의 횡방향 치수가 점점 커지고 상기 제1도관과 유체 연통되는 다수의 제2도관, 입구 개구로부터 그 출구 포트까지 y방향 치수가 점점 작아지고 상기 제2도관과 유체 연통되는 다수의 제3도관 및, 상기 제1혼합 유동보다 많은 수의 분리된 중복층을 구비하는 제2혼합 유동을 형성하기 위해 상기 제3도관으로부터 지류들을 재결합하기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성장치.
  18. 제3항의 제1혼합 유동내에 경계면을 형성하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 분리된 중복층과 그 사이에 한정되는 편평한 층 경계면이 두 개 이상의 지류 사이에 분포되도록 상기 제1혼합 유동을 다수의 지류를 분할하는 수단, 상기 지류를 x축 및 y축을 따라 재위치시키기 위한 다수의 제1도관 및, 그 내부에서 지류가 재결합되어 대칭적으로 확대 및 축소되며 4면체 공동을 한정하는 도관을 구비하고, 상기 공동은 상기 도관의 측부의 교차에 의해 네 개의 이등변 또는 등변 삼각형 형태로 형성되며 상기 재결합된 지류가 이를 통해 유동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경계면 형성장치.
