제2도는 제1도에 도시된 진공 인터럽터의 전극부분의 확대 단면도.

Claims (4)

  1. (a) Ag, Cu 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 고도전성 성분의 함유량이 25∼70vol%이고, (b) Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Cr, Mo, W 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 1원소의 탄화물로 구성된 내호성성분의 함유량이 75-30vol%이고, 상기 내호성 성분의 평균입경이 0.3∼3μm이고, 상기 내호성 성분의 평균입자간 거리가 0.1∼1μm내인 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점재료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고도전송 성분이 60vol%이하의 Cu인 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점재료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Fe, Co, Ni 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택한 보조성분 함량이 10vol%이하(0% 포함)인 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점재료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (A) 상기 접점재료의 조성이, (ⅰ) 상기 고도전성 성분의 함량이 22∼65vol%이고, 고도전성 성분의 합계량에 대한 Ag함량[Ag/(Ag+Cu)×100]이 40∼100vol%이고, (ⅱ) 상기 보조성분 함량이 1vol%이하이고, (ⅲ) 잔량은 상기 내호성성분이며, (B) 상기 접점재료의 조직이 (ⅰ) 그 일부 또는 전부가 고도전성 성분의 매트릭스와, 입경 3μm이하의 내호성 성분에 의해서 구성된 골격으로 돼 있고, 나머지 부분이 고도전성 성분만으로 돼 있고, 5μm이상의 거칠은 섬상의 조직을 형성하고 있고, (ⅱ) 상기 섬상조직부를 제외한 나머지 부의 내호성 성분의 평균입자간 거리(하기식(1)에 의한 계산치)가 0.1∼0.5μm이고,
    (식중, λwc는 WC의 평균입아간 거리(μm)이고 dwc는 WC의 입경(μm)이고; f1는 상기 섬상조직부이외의 부분의 용적%이고; fwc는 WC의 용적%임) (C) 접점의 상대밀도가 90vol%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 인터럽터용 접점재료.
