Claims (6)

  1. 광택제로서 하기 일반식(I)의 2-히드록시-3-부텐일-함유 화합물을 사용하는 것을 포함하는, 필수 성분으로서 하나 이상의 니켈염, 하나 이상의 무기산 및 하나 이상의 광택제를 함유하는 수성 산성 배드로 부터 니켈의 전착에 의한 니켈화된 제품의 제조방법 :
    상기식에서, n은 1,2 또는 3이고, 변수 A는 하기의 의미를 갖는다; n=1인 경우,-수산기 -R1이 술포-치환될 수 있는 C1-C4-알킬, 페닐, 3-또는 4-술포페닐, α-또는 β-나프틸, 3-,4-, 5-, 6- 또는 7-술포-α-나프틸 또는 4-, 5-, 6-, 7-또는 8-술포-β-나프틸인 일반식 -OR1의 기 -X가 수소 또는 알칼리금속 또는 암모늄 양이온인, -O-PO(OX)H 또는 -O-PO(OX)2의 인-함유기, -일반식 -SO3X의 술포기, -2개의 라디칼 R1이 N-원자 상에 존재할 경우, 이들의 같거나 다를 수 있는, 일반식 -NH2, -NHR1또는 -N(Rl)2의 아미노기; n=2인 경우, -일반식-NH- 또는 NR1-의 아미노기 -2가 산소원자; n=3인 경우, -3가 질소원자.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 화합물(I)에서 n가 1또는 3이고 A가 하기의 의미를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    n=1인 경우, -수신기, -R2가 2-술포에틸, 3-술포페닐 또는 4-술포페닐인 일반식-OR2의 기 -일반식 -NHR2의 아미노기; n=3인 경우, -3가 질소원자.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(I)이외에, 하나 이상의 그밖의 광택제가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 화합물(I)이외에, 방향족 유형이 모노시클릭 또는 폴리시클릭 헤테로고리 질소염기가 그밖의 광택제로서 사차화된 형태로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 하기 일반식(Ia)의 2-히드록시-3-부텐일-함유 화합물 :
    상기식에서, n은 1,2 또는 3이고, 변수 B는 하기의 의미를 갖는다; n=인 경우, -R3가 부가적으로 술포-치환되는 C1-C4, 알킬, 3-또는 4-술포페닐, α-또는 β-나프틸, 3-, 4-, 5-, 6- 또는 7-술포-α-나프틸 또는 4-,5-,6-,7-또는 8-술포-β-나프틸인 인반식 -OR3의 기, -X가 수소 또는 알칼리금속 또는 암모늄 양이온인, -O-PO(OX)H 또는 -O-PO(OX)2의 인-함유기,-일반식 -NHR3의 아미노기, -R4가 R3또는 페닐인, 2개의 동일한 라디칼 R4를 함유하는 일반식 -N(R4)2의 아미노기; n=2인 경우, -일반식 -NH-의 아미노기, -일반식 -NR3-의 아미노기; n=3인 경우, -3가 질소원자.
  6. 필수성분으로서 제1항에 따르는 화합물 및 사차화된 형태의 방향족 유형의 모노시클릭 또는 폴리스클릭 헤테로고리 질소염기를 함유하는 수성 산성 전기 니켈화 배드용 광택제 혼합물.
