제2도는 본 발명의 회전날개차의 평면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 파쇄 유동건조장치에 배설하는, 천정부에 분쇄분말 회수장치로 통하는 덕트를 배설하고, 탑의 몸통부 아래쪽에 원재료(5)등의 투입구(15)와 열풍취입구를 배설하고, 바닥부에는 원재료 등을 파쇄하는 회전날개차(4)를 배설하여서 이루어지는 파쇄 유동건조기(1)에 있어서, 이 파쇄 유동건조기(1)의 바닥부에서, 회전날개차(4)를 회전시키는 미끄럼동작파쇄부(2)를, 회전날개차(4)의 직경보다 크고, 또한, 그 반경보다 얕은 단면이 원호형상으로 형성한 홈으로 형성함과 동시에, 투입구(15)로부터 미끄럼 동작 파쇄부(2)까지를, 원료(5)등이 활강상태로 강하하는 슈트(14)로 하고, 슈트(14)의 하단 대향쪽에, 미끄럼 동작 파쇄부(2)로 향하여, 나란히 그 위쪽에 열풍취입구(12a)(12b)(12c)를 다단적으로 설치한 구성으로 한 파쇄유동건조기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파쇄유동건조기의 미끄럼 동작 파쇄부(2)에, 동력원으로부터의 동력전달을 받아서 회전하는 회전축(7)에 센터 플레이트(8)을 고정하고, 이 센터 플레이트(8)에는, 상기 회전축(7)을 관통하는 보스(9)가 동심으로 부착되고, 보스(9)와 센터 플레이트(8)에는 파쇄날개(10)를 각각 고장함과 동시에, 상기 회전축(7)의 양측단에는, 상기 센터 플레이트(8)방향으로의 축류(軸流)를 일으키는 흡인 날개(11)를 고정한 회전날개차(4)를 회전이 자유롭도록 축지지한 파쇄 유동건조기.
  3. 제1항 및 제2항에 있어서, 상기 파쇄 유동건조기의 미끄럼 동작파쇄부 (2)의 바닥판(2A)을 개폐가 자유롭도록 함과 동시에, 이 바닥판(2A)을 개폐시키는 개폐구동기구(21)를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄유동건조기.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 및 제3항에 있어서, 상기 파쇄유동건조기의 미끄럼동작과 파쇄부(2) 아래쪽에, 에어취입구(23)를 배설한 이물질 회수상자(22)를 설치하여서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄유동건조기.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 파쇄유동건조기의 탑부에, 상하운동이 자유로운 댐버(30)를 배설함과 동시에, 이 댐버(30)를 상하 운동시키는 기구(32)를 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 파쇄 유동건조기.
