Claims (19)

  1. 무수 매질중에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 플루오르화수소 및 디아조화제와 반응시키고 이렇게 생성된 플루오르화디아조늄을 열분해에 의해 하기 일반식(I)의 (3-플루오로피리딘-2-일옥시)페녹시프로피온산 또는 그의 나트륨 또는 칼륨염으로 전환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 하기 일반식(I)의 (3-플루오로피리딘-2-일옥시)페녹시프로피온산의 제조방법.
    상기식에서, X는 수소, 플루오로, 클로로, 브로모 또는 트리플루오로메틸이고, Y는 수소, 나트륨 또는 칼륨이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해가 30 내지 60℃에서 실시되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열분해가 45 내지 60℃에서 실시되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무수 매질이 플루오로화수소와 불활성의 극성 비양성자성 용매의 혼합물인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 무수 매질이 디메틸 술폭사이드, 술폴란, N, N-디메틸포름아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리딘은, 디메틸 아닐린, 디이소프로필 에테르, 테트라히드로푸란 및 1,4-디옥산으로부터 선정된 용매와 플루오르화 수소의 혼합물인 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 무수 매질이 플루오르화수소와 디메틸 술폭사이드의 혼합물인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 디아조화제가 아질산나트륨, 아질산칼륨, N2O3, NOF, NOCl, 이소아밀 니트라이트 및 3차부틸 니트라이트로부터 선정되는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 디아조화제가 아질산트륨인 방법.
  9. 무수 매질에서 플루오르화수소와 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물의 혼합물에 디아조화제를 첨가하는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 무수 매질이 디메틸 술폭사이드, 술폴란, N,N-디메틸포름아미드, N-메틸-2-피롤리딘은, 디메틸 아닐린, 디이소프로필 에테르, 테트라히드로푸란 또는 1,4-디옥산과 플루오르화수소의 혼합물인 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 무수 매질이 플루오르화수소와 디메틸 술폭사이드의 혼합물인 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 반응이 45 내지 60℃에서 실시되는 방법.
  13. 제9항에 있어서, 디아조화제가 아질산나트륨인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 45 내지 60℃에서 디메틸 술폭사이드의 존재하에 플루오르화수소와 4-(5-클로로-3-아미노피리딘-2-일옥시)페녹시프로피온산의 혼합물을 아질산나트륨과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 1 내지 5MPa의 압력하에 플루오르화수소와 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물의 혼합물을 반응기에 넣고 이어서 디아조화제와 플루오르화수소의 혼합물을 첨가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 반응이 2 내지 4MPa의 압력하에 실시되는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 45 내지 60℃에서 2 내지 4MPa의 압력하에 4-(5-클로로-3-아미노피리딘-2-일옥시)페녹시프로피온산과 플루오르화수소의 혼합물을 아질산나트륨과 플루오르화수소의 혼합물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  18. 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
