Claims (13)
- Zeo-형 물질의 결정 성장은 서포트(support)의 기공에 걸쳐서 필수적으로 연속적이고 그 Zeo-형 물질은 서포트로부터 직접 결정화되고 서포트에 직접 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 서포트에 의해 담지되는 Zeo-형 물질의 결정을 함유한 막.
- 제1항에 있어서, Zeo-형 물질의 성장은 서포트 전 표면에 걸쳐서 필수적으로 연속적임을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제2항에 있어서, Zeo-형 물질은 1 내지 70μ의 두께의 층에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, Zeo-형 물질의 성장충 초기에 존재하는 임의의 핀-홀(pin-holes)이 후-처리에 의하여 막히는(block)것을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서포트는 다공성 금속임을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서포트는 0.1 내지 2,000μ의 평균공경(pore diameer)을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서포트의 공경이 Zeo-형 물질의 평균 결정 크기보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 막.
- 결정화 되어 결정 Zeo-형 물질을 생성할수 있는 합성겔에 다공성 서포트의 최소한 한 표면을 침지하고; 언급된 합성겔의 결정화 유발로 Zeo-형 물질이 서포트위에 결정화되고; 혼합물에서 서포트를 제거하고; 1회이상 이러한 단계들을 반복하여 막을 수득하는것으로 이루어지는 막의 제조방법으로서, 그 Zeo-형 물질은 서포트로부터 직접 형성되고, 서포트에 직접 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 서포트의 기공에 걸쳐서 Zeo-형 물질의 필름을 함유하는 막의 제조방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 서포트가 다공성 금속임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 서포트가 0.1 내지 2,000μ의 평균공경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서포트의 공경이 Zeo-형 물질의 평균 결정 크기보다 큰 것임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3내지 10회의 침지 및 결정화를포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제8항 내지 제12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 겔 및 루스(loose) 물질은 각각의 침지 단계 사이에 제거됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
