Claims (6)
- 뼈의 다공성 미세 구조가 필수적으로 변하지 않는 형태로 존재하고, X-선에 의하면 99% 이상의 수산화인회석으로 이루어진 소결된 세라믹 물질임을 특징으로 하는, 천연 뼈를 기재로 하는 이식 물질.
- 모든 유기 성분이 제거된 뼈 물질을 지방족 C1-5-모노카복실산, 말론산, 타르트론산, 숙신산, 말산, 타르타르산 및 시트르산을 포함하는 그룹중에서 선택된 유기산 수용액으로 처리한 후 900 내지 1400℃의 온도에서 소결시킴을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따른 이식 물질의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1 내지 30중량%의 유기산을 함유하는 수용액을 사용하여 산 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 산 처리를 20℃ 내지 비등 온도에서 2분 내지 24시간 동안 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시트르산 수용액을 사용하여 산 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 뼈 물질을 산 처리하기 전에 600 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 예비소결시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
