Claims (5)

  1. 일불포화 지방산 물질과 다불포화 지방산 물질을 함유하는 지방 공급원(등가 지방산을 기준으로 계산하여 50중량%이상이 C20이상인 지방산임)으로부터 폴리올레핀 막에 대한 슬립 및 블로킹 방지제를 제조하는 방법으로서 (i)어떠한 다불포화 물질도 제거하기에 충분하도록 그러나 약간의 일불포화 물질은 남아있도록 지방공급원을 수소 첨가시키는 단계, 및 이와 동시에 또는 후속적으로 (ii) 아미드화 시킴으로써 포화 아미드와 불포화 아미드의 혼합물을 생성시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법을 제공한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지방 공급원은 동물성 및 식물성 지방 및 오일, 지방산, 및 지방산의 메틸에스테르로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 다불포화 물질을 사실상 함유하지 않고 실리콘 물질을 사실상 함유하지 않는, 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 4:1-1:4,바람직하게는 3:2-2:3의 중량비를 가지는 포화 지방산 아미드와 불포화 지방산 아미드의 혼합물을 슬립 및 블로킹 방지제로서 함유하는 폴리올레핀 막.
  4. 슬립 및 블로킹방지제로서 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 4:1-1:4, 바람직하게는 3:2-2:3의 중량비를 가지는 포화지방산 아미드와 불포화 지방산 아미드의 혼합물로 폴리올레핀 막을 예처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀 막의 취급방법.
  5. 폴리올레핀 막에 대한 슬립 및 블로킹방지제로서, 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 4:1-1:4,바람직하게는 3:2-2:3의 중량비를 가지는 포화 지방산 아미드와 불포화 지방산 아미드의 혼합물을 사용하는 방법.
