Claims (14)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로티오부티르산 유도체 :
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소, C1-C4알킬 C1-C4할로게노알킬이며, R3은 수소 또는 유기 라디칼이
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R3이 수소이거나 또는 각각의 경우 비치환 또는 치환된 C1-C20알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, C3-C10알켄일, 벤질 또는 아릴인 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R3이 수소, C1-C20알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, C3-C10알켄일, 아릴C3-C10할로게노알켄일, 할로겐에 의해 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬,할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알로게노알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로게노알콕시, C1-C6알콕시르보닐, C1-C4알킬티오 또는 니트로에 의해 치횐된 아릴 또는 할로겐 디 C1-C4알킬아미노, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C20알콕시카르보닐, C3-C7시클로알콕시카르보닐, C1-C4알킬카르보닐옥시, C3-C6시클로알킬, 아릴(여기에서, 아릴기는 각각 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4할로게노알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로게노알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 수 있음), C1-C10알킬아미노카르보닐 또는 아닐리노카르보닐에 의해 치환된 C1-C20알킬인 화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2는 서로 독립적으로 수소인 화합물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, R3이 C1-C20알킬, C3-C6시클로알킬, C3-C10알켄일, 페닐, 나프틸, C3-C10할로게노알켄일, 플루오르, 염소 또는 브롬에 치환된 C3-C6시클로알킬,플루오르,염소,브롬, C1-C3알킬, C1-C3할로게노알킬, C1-C3알콕시, C1-C3할로게노알콕시, C1-C4알콕시카르보닐, C1-C3알킬티오 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐, 또는 플루오르, 염소, 브롬, 디-C1-C4-알킬아미노, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, C1-C10알킬카르보닐, C1-C20알콕시카르보닐, C3-C7시클로알콕시카르보닐, C1-C4알킬카르보닐옥시, C3-C6시클로알킬, 페닐(여기에서, 페닐기는각각 플루오르, 염소, 브롬, C1-C3알킬, C1-C3할로게노알킬, C1-C3알콕시, C1-C3할로게노알콕시, C1-C3알킬티오 또는 니트로에 의해 치환될 수 있음), C1-C10알킬아미노카르보닐 또는 아닐리노카르보닐에 의해 치환된 C1-C20알킬인화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 서로 독립적으로 수소이고, R3이 페닐, 벤질, 또는 각각의 경우, 플루오르, 염소, 브롬, C1-C3알킬, C1-C3할로게노알킬, C1-C3알콕시, C1-C4알콕시카르보닐, C1-C3할로게노알콕시, C1-C3알킬티오 또는 니트로에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 벤질인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2가 서로 독립적으로 수소이고, R3이 C1-C12알킬 또는 플루오르, 염소, 브롬, 디메틸아미노, 메톡시, 에톡시, 메틸티오, 에틸티오시클로프로필, 시클로펜틸, 시클로헥실 또는 페닐(여기에서, 페닐 라디칼은 각각의 경우 플루오르, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸, 트리플루오로메톡시, 또는 니트로에 의해 치환될 수 있음)에 의해 치환된 C1-C12알킬인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, S-벤질 4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로티오부티레이트, S-페닐 4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로티오부티레이트, S-(4-톨루일)4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로티오부티레이트 및 S-(3-클로로페닐)4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로티오부티레이트로 부터 선정된 화합물.
  9. a)염기의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로부티릴힐라이드를 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 메르캅탄과 반응시키거나, 또는 b)물-제거제의 존재하에서 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 4-클로로-4,4-디플루오로부티르산을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 메르캅탄과 반응시키는 것을 포함하는, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법 :
    상기 식에서, R1,R2및 F3은 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 정의된 바와 같고, Hal은 할로겐, 바람직하게는 염소 또는 브롬이다.
  10. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 한개 이상을 활성성분으로 함유하는 살충제.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 부가적으로 한개 이상의 담체도 포함하는 살충제.
  12. 동물 및 식물에서 해충을 방제하기 위한, 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 해충이 식물 손상 곤충 및 진드기인 용도.
  14. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 유효량으로 해충 또는 그들의 서식지를 처리하는 동물 및 식물을 손상시키는 곤충 및 진드기를 방제하는 방법.
