Claims (11)

  1. 효과적인 양의 다음 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물 또는 이것의 염을 식물이나 식물의 소재지에 사용함에 의해 불필요한 식물을 죽이거나 조절하는 방법.
    [식중, R1,R2,R3,R4및 R5는 독립적으로 수소, 하이드록시, 알킬, 알콕시, 알킬카보닐, 할로겐, 니트릴, 니트로, 할로알킬 및 할로알콕시로부터 선택되고, R6는 수소, 하이드록시, 아미노, 저급알킬, 할로겐, 니트릴, 할로알킬, 니트로, 아릴 또는 그룹 C(O)mR10이며, R10은 임의로 치환될 수 있는 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 알키닐 또는 페닐이고, m은 1 또는 2, R7은 수소, 저급알킬, 할로알킬, C(O)mR10또는 할로겐이거나 R7와 R8이 함께 할로겐이거나, 또는 R6와 R7이 함께 C2또는 C3의 임의 치환된 알킬랜쇄를 형성하며, R8은 수소, 저급알킬 또는 옥소그룹을 형성하고, CZR9는 수소 또는 이것의 에스테르이거나, 또는 R9는 그룹 SR10또는 NR11R12이며 R11은 수소 또는 알킬이고 R12는 수소, 임의 치환된 알킬, 아릴, S(O)nR10이며 n은 0,1 또는 2 또는 R9는 그룹-NR11NR13R14이며 R11,R13및 R14독립적으로 수소 또는 알킬로 부터 선택 또는 R9는 그룹NR13R14R20 이고, R11, R13, R14및 R20는 각각 수소 또는 알킬이며 X는 농학적으로 허용가능한 음이온, 및 Z는 산소 또는 황임]
  2. 잡초를 심하게 손상시키거나 죽이는데 충분하지만 실질적으로 벼를 손상시키는데 불충분한 양의 제1항의 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 벼에 또는 벼의 성장 배지에 사용하는 것으로 구성되는, 벼에 있는 잡초의 생장을 선택적으로 조절하는 방법.
  3. 농학적으로 허용가능한 담체나 부형제와 함께 제1항의 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물로 구성되는 제초성 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, CZR9그룹이 카복시 또는 이것의 에스테르인 조성물.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, R6가 저급 알킬 또는 할로겐인 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, R6가 염소 또는 브롬인 조성물.
  7. 제3항 내지 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, R3가 수소 이외의 것인 조성물.
  8. 다음 구조식(Ⅱ) 화합물.
    [식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R7,R8및 R9는 제1항에 정의된 바와 같고 R17은 할로겐, 니트릴, 니트로, 하이드록시, 아미노 또는 모노 또는 디-알킬 아미노임]
  9. (a) R17이 할로겐인 경우 다음 구조식(Ⅲ) 화합물을
    [식중,R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R7, 및 R8은 제1항에 저의된 바와 같음]. 염소나 브롬과 반응시킨 후에 원한다면 CZOH그룹을 제1항에 정의된 다른 CZR9그룹으로 전환시키거나 또는 (b) R17이 니트릴인 경우 알콕시카보닐 그룹을 -CN그룹으로 전환시키는 통상적인 방법으로 R6가 알콕시카닐인 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 처리하거나, (c) R17이 니트로, 아미노 또는 모노 알킬 아미노 또는 디알킬 아미노인 경우 구조식(Ⅲ) 화합물의 에스테르 유도체를 온화한 질화제와 반응시킨후에 원한다면 하나 이상의 다음 단계, 즉 (i) 니트로 그룹 R17을 아미노 그룹이 되게 수소화하고, (ii) 아미노 그룹 R17을 알킬화하며, (iii) 에스테르 그룹을 다른 CZR9그룹으로 전환시키는 단계를 실행하는 것으로 구성되는, 제8항에 정의된 구조식(Ⅱ) 화합물의 제조방법.
  10. 다음 구조식(Ⅴ)화합물.
    [식중, R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R8,R9및 Z는 제1항의 정의된 바와같음.
  11. 다음 구조식(Ⅵ) 화합물.
    [식중,R1,R2,R3,R4,및 R5는 제1항에 정의된바와 같음]. 다음 구조식(Ⅶ) 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 제10항에 정의된 구조식(Ⅴ) 화합물의 제조방법.
