제4도는 다층회로본체가 성형부재내에 일체로 성형된 다층회로부재의 사시도.
Claims (3)
- 회로패턴이 형성된 필름형상부재를 적층배선한 다층회로본체를, 임의 형상의 성형품에 일체적으로 성형해서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 다층회로부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로패턴이 도전성재료를 묘화해서 형성하여 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 다층회로부재.
- 회로패턴이 형성된 필름형상부재를 순차적으로 적층한 후, 각 필름형상부재의 관통구멍에 도전성재료를 관통시켜서 적층배선한 다층회로본체를, 소망성형품의 틀에 삽입하고, 성형재료를 충전하여 다층회로부재를 일체로 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층회로부재의 제조방법.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
