제3도는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 제어장치의 블록선도.

Claims (8)

  1. 자동화 창고설비의 제어씨스템에서, (1)복수개의 구획에서 상품(3)을 저장할 수 있는 선반(5), (2) 입고상품을 선반(5)에 저장하고, 출고상품을 선반(5)에서 꺼내는 입출고상품 취급장치. (3) 바닥에 설치되어 있으며, 상품(5)의 입고와 반출을 실행하는 입출고상품 취급장치를 효과적으로 제어하는 제어장치와, 제어의 진행을 볼수 있는 모니터가 부착된 제어판(41), (4) 제어판(41)에 내장되어 있으며, 상품의 재고관리와, 입출고상품 취급장치의 비정상적인 작동을 제어하고 유지하는 제어장치로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 창고설비의 제어씨스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (1) 입고모드와 출고모드가 포함된 조작모드, 상품의 품명 및 품번, 상품의 수량등의 정보를 포함하는 조작데이타를 전기한 제어판(41)에 입력시키는 입력장치, (2) 조작모드가 입고모드일 때에, 제어판에 입력된 품명이나 품번에 해당하는 각 상품의 수량에 관한 정보를 저장하고, 조작모드가 출고모드일 때에 출고조작이 완료된 후의 상품의 수량에 대한 정보를 전기한 상품의 수량에 관한 정보에 고쳐서 저장하는 재고목록 제어장치, (3) 이미 조정된 구성에 의해서, 재고목록 제어장치에 저장된 품명이나 품번에 해당하는 각 상품의 수량에 관한 정보를 표시하는 화면표시장치로 출력시키는 제어장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 창고설비에서의 제어씨스템.
  3. (1) 입고모드와 출고모드가 포함된 조작모드, 상품의 품명 및 품번, 상품의 수량등의 정보를 포함하는 조작 데이타를 전기한 제어판(41)에 입력시키는 입력장치, (2) 달력기능이 있는 날짜기록장치, (3)전기한 조작모드가 입고모드일 때에, 전기한 상품목록표가 작성되면서 제어판(41)에 입력된 각 상품의 품명, 품번에 해당하는 전기한 날짜기록장치의 날짜정보를 이미 작성된 상품목록표와 날짜란에 저장하는 일을 하는 기억장치. (4) 전기한 조작모드가 출고모드 일때에 전기한 기억장치에 저장된 상품목록표의 날짜에 관한 정보를 화면표시장치로 출력시키고, 이미 조정된 구성에 의해 전기한 데이타를 표시하는 일을 하는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 창고설비에서의 제어씨스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, (1)입출고상품 취급장치(7)의 조작상태에 관한 정보를 포함하고 있으며, 전기한 취급장치의 조작상태를 검출하는 장치와, (2) 이미 주어진 구성에 의해 전기한 취급장치(7)의 조작에 관한 검출된 정보를 화면표시장치로 출력시키고, 그러한 정보를 화면에 일상의 언어로 표시하는 출력장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자동화 창고설비의 제어씨스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 입출고상품 취급장치에 관해서 주어진 여러종류의 검출데이타를 제어판에 입력시키고, 필요에 따라서 전기한 데이타중 서로 다른 데이타를 선택적으로 화면표시장치에 출력시키는 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 창고설비의 제어씨스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, (1) 입출고상품 취급장치에 발생하는 고장에 상당하는 고장검출데이타가 있으며, 전기한 취급장치에 발생한 고장을 검출하는 검출장치, (2)전기한 고장검출 데이타와, 입출고상품 취급장치로 상품의 입고조작과 출고조작을 실행할 수 있는 제어판에 입력된 조작데이타를 저장하는 기억장치. (3)입력된 현재상태의 데이타와, 이미 조정된 구성에 의해 기억장치에 저장된 데이타를 화면표시장치로 보내어 화면으로 출력시키는 출력장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 창고설비의 제어씨스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 필요로 하는 현재상태의 데이타에 관해서, 이미 조정된 데이타를 제어판(41)에 입력시키므로써 필요한 종류의 데이타를 화면표시장치로 출력시킬 수 있는 입력장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화 창고설비의 제어씨스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, (1) 입출고상품 취급장치에서 발생할 수 있는 가능한 여러가지의 고장상태에 상당하는 고장코드를 미리 조정하고, 각 고장코드에 해당하는 고장의 내용, 원인 수리방법, 복귀절차 등에 관한 데이타가 그 안에 저장되어 있는 고장코드 조정장치. (2) 입출고상품 취급장치의 고장을 검출하고, 고장에 해당되는 고장코드를 출력시키는 고장쎈서장치, (3) 고장쎈서로부터의 고장코드를 받는 즉시 저장된 데이타를 복구하고, 고장코드에 해당하는 정보를 화면표시장치로 출력시키므로써 데이타를 화면에 표시하는 고장복구장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동화창고설비에서의 제어씨스템.
