Claims (9)

  1. Cr 함량이 20~60중량%이고, Cu와 Bi의 합계량의 0.05~1.0중량%가 Bi이고, 그 잔량이 실질상 Cu인 접점 형성재료를 접점형상으로 가공한 다음 그 가공된 물질을 진공열처리함으로써 제조된 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공열처리는 300℃~1,083℃의 범위에서 행한 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접점의 형상으로 가공되는 접점형성재료의 표층중에 존재하는 Bi를 실질적으로 증발시키기에 충분한 진공중에서 행한 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공열처리는 1×103Torr이하의 진공중에서 행한 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접점의 표층에, 국부적으로 재용융된 Cu입계를 갖는 구조체가 형성된 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접점 형상으로 가공하기전의 접점형성재료는 a) Cr소결체로 구성된 골격을 형성한 다음, b) 상기 골격을 Cu분말과 Bi분말의 혼합물의 압분체로 구성된 용침 물질로 용침하여 제조한 것이 특징인 진공 인터럽터용 접점.
  7. Cr분말으 소결하여 골격을 형성하고, 이골격을, Cu 및 Bi로 구성된 용침물질로 용침시키는 진공인터럽터용접점 형성재료 방법에 있어서, Cu 분말과 Bi분말이 균일분산된 혼합물을 소정 압력하에서 압분하고; 상기에서얻어진 Cu-Bi 압분체를 비산화성 분위기중, 소정온도에서 상기 Cr 골격중에 용침시키고; 상기 용침에 의해 얻어진 합금을 냉각시키는 것이 특징인, 진공인터럽터용 접점형성재료의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용침에 의해 얻어진 합금이, 이 합금중에 Bi성분이 미세하고 균일하게 분산된 구조를갖는 것이 특징인, 징공인터럽터용 접점 형성 재료의 제조방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 접점 형성재료의 Cr함량이 20~60중량%이고, Cu와 Bi합계량증 Bi함령이 0.05~10.중량%, 그 잔량이 실질적으로 Cu인 것이 특징인, 진공 인터럽터용 접점 형성재료의 제조방법.
