Claims (14)

  1. 세제용 물-민감성 활성 물질을 결합시키는 방법에 있어서, a)액체 매질이 본질적으로 비수성이며, b)활성물질이 매질에 대체로 불용성이거나 일부만 용해되고 반응성이 없으며, c)결합제가 친유기성이며 매질과 혼화될수 있음을 특징으로 하는, 액체 매질을 사용하여 활성 물질과 결합제로 구성되어 있는 입자 형태의 배합물로 부터 반죽을 형성하고, 반죽을 조형하고, 이렇게 형성된 조형물을 건조시키는 것으로 구성되어 있는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 물-민감성 활성 물질이 2-메틸-3,1-H-벤조옥사진-4-온(2MB4)인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서 결합제가 팽윤성이고/이거나 유기 용매에 분산될 수 있는 친유기성 클레이인 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 친유기성 클레이가 클레이톤 클레이인 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 친유기성 클레이가 클레이톤 EM인 방법.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 조형물을 제조하는데 사용되는 결합제의 양이 활성 물질과 결합제로 구성되어 있는 총 조성물에 대하여 50%w/w미만인 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반죽을 형성하는데 사용되는 액체 매질이 비수성이며 탄소수 1~10의 지방족, 지방족 고리 알콜; 탄소수 1~9케톤; 탄소수 1~10의 에테르; 및 지방족, 지방족 고리 또는 방향족일수 있는 탄화수소 또는 이들의 혼합무로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올 또는 부탄올; 아세톤, 메틸에틸케톤 또는 메틸이 소부틸케논; 디메틸에테르, 디에틸에테르, 디부틸에테르 또는 알콕시 알콕시 에테르; 및 케로신, 피라핀, 벤네젠, 톨루엔 또는 화이트 스피리트로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 압출/구형화 기술에 의해 반죽을 조밀한 구형으로 조형하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 반죽을 제조하는데 사용되는 배합물이 분해 보조제, 팽윤보조제 및 계면 활성제로 부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 성분을 함유하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 분해 보조제가 가교 결합된 카르복시메틸 셀룰로오스, 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 올레에이트 에스테르 및 황산 바륨으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 성분들이 배합물의 총 고형함량에 대하여 30%w/w이하의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용되는 친유기성 클레이의 양이 배합물의 총 고형 함량에 대하여 10-25%w/w인 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한항에 따라 제조된 결합 활성 물질의 조형물을 25%w/w이하로 함유하는 세제 조성물.
