Claims (22)
- 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체가 1-6몰 %의 테레프탈레이드 유니트를 사슬의 배향이 뒤틀어진 방향족 디카복실산 유니트로 대체하여 만든 불규칙하게 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고 이 중합체의 고유 점도가 최소한 0.75인, i) 투명하고 무정형이며 실제적으로 배향되지 않은 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로 된 홈이진 목부, ii) 투명하고 두 축방향으로 배향되었으며 두께가 0.4-0.9㎜, 면 팽창비가 최소한 7인 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로된 원통형 몸체부, iii) 투명하고 무정형이며 실제적으로 배향되지않았거나 또는 부분적으로 배향된 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로된 기부로 이루어진 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로 만들어진 사출 연신취입 성형된 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사슬 배향이 뒤틀린 방향족 디카복실산이 하나 이상의 이소-프탈산(벤젠 1,3-디카복실산), 나프탈렌2,6-디칼복실산, 2,2-디페닐프로판4,4′-디카복실산, 2,2-디페닐메탄 4,4′-디카복실산, 비페닐3,4′-디카복실산 및 벤조페논4,4′-디카복실산이고 1.5-4몰 %의 테레프탈레이트 대신 사슬 배향이 뒤틀어진 방향족 디카복실산을 사용한 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제2항에 있어서, 사슬 배향이 뒤틀어진 방향족 디카복실산이 이소-프탈산이고 이것이 1.8-3몰 %의 테레프탈레이트 유니트 대신 사용된 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프팔레이트가 총 글리콜 유니트에 기초하여 3-5몰 %의 디에틸렌 글리콜로 부터 유도된 유니트를 포함하는 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제1항 내지 제4항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체의 고유점도가 0.8-0.85인 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체가-10j.g¹미만의 냉각 엔탈피(냉각 속도를 20℃/분으로 하여 Perkin Elmer Mark 7 DSC시차 주사 열분석기로 측정)를 갖는 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제1항 내지 제6항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 사용한 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체가 500-2000㎜ 파장 범위의 방사선을 흡수하는 미소 금속 입자를 중합체의 재가열 시간이 이 금속 입자가 없을때의 중합체가 재가열 시간보다 더 작게되도록 하는 양으로 함유하는 재충전 가능한 가압병.
- 제7항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 중합체의 3-300중량ppm인 안티몬, 주석, 구리 또는 이들 금속의 혼합물인 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제8항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 중합체의 10-100 중량ppm인 안티몬 입자로 이루어진 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 제7항 내지 제9항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 중합체를 제조하는 동안 환원가능한 금속 화합물을 환원시켜 만들어진 재충전 가능한 가압병.
- 제10항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 인(Ⅲ)화합물에 의해 삼산화안티몬이 환원되어 만들어진 안타몬 입자인 재충전가능한 가압병.
- 1-6몰 %의 테레프탈레이트 유니트를 사슬 배향이 뒤틀어진 방향족 디카복실산으로 대체하여 만든 불규칙하게 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고 고유점도가 최소한 0.75이며 중합체에 기초하여 3-300, 특히 10-100중량 ppm의 미분 금속 입자를 함유하는 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 중합체의 3-300중량 ppm인 안티몬,주석,구리 또는 이들 금속의 혼합물인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체.
- 제13항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 중합체의 10-100중량 ppm인 안티몬 입자로 이루어진 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체.
- 제12항 내지 제14항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 중합체를 제조하는 동안 환원가능한 금속 화합물을 환원제로 환원시켜 만들어진 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 금속 미립자가 인(Ⅲ) 화합물에 의해 삼산화안티몬이 환원되어 만들어진 안타몬 입자인 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체.
- 제12항 내지 제16항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트가 총 글리콜 유니트에 기초하여 3-5몰 %의 디에틸렌 글리콜로 부터 유도된 유니트를 함유하는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체.
- i) 투명하고 무정형이며 실제적으로 배향되지 않은 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로 된 홈이진 목부, ⅱ) 투명하고 두 축방향으로 배향되었으며 두께가 0.4-0.9㎜, 면 팽창비가 최소한 7인 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로된 원통형 몸체부, ⅲ)투명하고 무정형이며 실제적으로 배향되지 않았거나 또는 부분적으로 배향된 개질된 몰리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체로 된 기부로 이루어진 사출 연신 취입 성형된 재충전가능한 가압병내 1-6몰 %의 테레프탈레이트 유니트(unit)를 사슬 배향이 뒤틀어진 방향족 디카복실산 유니트로 대체하여 만든 불규칙하게 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 이루어지고 고유점도가 최소한 0.75인 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체의 용도.
- A. ⅰ) 전부무정형의 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로된 홈이진 목부, 벽부 및 기부를 포함하고, ⅱ)벽 두께가 최소한 5㎜이며, ⅲ)개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈리레이 중합체가 1-6몰 %의 테레프탈레이트 유니트를 사슬배향이 뒤틀어진 방향족 디카복실산 유니트로 대체하여 만든 불규칙하게 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트이고 이것의 고유 점도가 최소한 0.75인 취입 성형용 초기 형성체(preform)를 사출성형시키고, B. 초기형성체를 취입 성형시켜 ⅰ) 목 부분이 실제로 잡아당겨지지 않았거나 배향되지 않은 무정형 중합체이고, ⅱ)벽 부분이 최소한 7의 면비로 잡아당겨지고 투명하고 두축으로 잡아당겨진 무정형 중합체이며, ⅲ) 기부가 3이하의 면비로 잡아당겨지고 투명하고 무정형의 배향되지 않앗거나 또는 부분적으로 배향된 중합체인 병을 만드는 것으로 구성되는, 제1항의 재충전가능한 병을 제조하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 개질된 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 중합체가 제12항 내지 제18항의 어느 한항의 중합체인 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 병이 취입 성형되는 온도가 110℃를 넘지 않는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 0.4-0.9㎜의 두께까지 취입 성형되는 동안 주벽이 최소한 10의 면비로 잡아당겨지고, 기부의 중앙부는 두께가 3-6㎜, 연신비가 1-1.5이고, 기부의 중앙부와 가장자리(니)사이에 있는 기부의 환 형태의 주요부분이 두께가 2-4㎜, 연신비가 1.5-3이며 니가 두께가 1-2mm, 연신비가 약 3인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
