제1도는 본 발명의 필터가 사용된 통상적인 주형어셈블리(assembly)의 구조도이고,
제2a, 2b 및 2c는 본 발명의 필터를 위치시킨 것을 나타내는 연속적인 주조 어셈블리 부분의 구조도이며,
제3도는 코팅내에 탄소의 농도변화에 따른 필터의 코팅높이와 주어진 과열(super heat)에서 용융금속이 필터를 통과하는지 여부를 나타내는 그래프로서, 탄소는 테르밋(thermite)코팅상의 코팅으로서 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (13)
- 탄소와, 필터 표면상의 테르밋 물질과 초기 접촉시 탄소로 되는 것으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 코팅을 가짐을 특징르로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코팅은 실제적으로 필터 표면상의 테르밋 물질과 초기 접촉시 탄소로 되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코팅은 테르밋 물질의 코팅상에서 탄소코팅이 위치하는 형태로 필터상에서 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코팅은 탄소 코팅상에 테르밋 코팅이 위치하는 형태로 필터상에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제2항에 있어서, 코팅은 탄소와 테르밋 혼합물의 단일코팅 형태로 필터상에 존재함을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터의 구조는 발포구조임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터의 구조는 필터의 가질이 세락믹 물질, 금속과 이들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 물질로 제조된 세포모양의 구조임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필터의 구조는 다공성 벽으로 된 벌집형태임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 필터의 기질은 세라미 물질로 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 필터.
- 용융금속용 필터, 용융금속이 필터를 통과하는 흐름통로 장치로 구성되어지되, 흐름통로 장치는 용융금속 통로로 정의되는 표면을 가지며, 필터는 탄소와 필터 표면상의 테르밋 물질과 초기 접촉시 탄소로 되는 것으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택된 코팅을 가지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 주조에 적합한 어셈블리.
- 제10항에 있어서, 어셈블리는 용융금속 흐름통로로 의해 유도된, 용융금속이 주조되는 하나 이상의 주형공동을 가지는 주형 어셈블리임을 특징으로 하는 어셈블리.
- 용융금속을 제1항의 필터로 통과시킴을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 여과방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 용융금속은 철임을 특징으로 하는 용융금속 여과방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
