제3도는 매트릭스형 표시판넬 유닛전체의 배면도를 도시한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 표시판넬의 각부를 끼워서 직교하는 방향의 횡측연부와 종측연부에 각각, 행전극 접속단자 및 열전극 접속단자를 형성하고, 각각 플렉시를 배선기관과 IC칩으로부터 구성되는 IC패키지를, 상기 각부 근방에 표시판넬 횡측연부 및 종측연부를 따라 배치하고, 표시판넬의 행 전극 접속단자 또는 열전극 단자에 각IC패키지의 출력단자를 접속함과 동시에 상기 각IC패키지의 입력단자를 상기 표시판넬 이면측에 배치된 회로기판에 접속한 것이고, 상기 각IC 패키지의 플렉시블 배선기판을 각각 상기 각부에 면하는 측변에서 상기 회로기판에 면하는 측변에 걸려서 경사지게 절결한 것을 특징으로 하는 메트릭스형 표시판넬 유닛.
  2. 복수개의 행 전극 및 종방향측 단부를 가지는 상부 전극기판과 복수개의 열전극 및 횡방향측 단부를 가지는 하부전극 기판을 갖추고, 또한, 상기 종방향측 단부 및 횡방향측 단부가 직교하는 교차부를 가지는 액정표시판넬과, 상기 액정표시판넬을 지지하는 홀더와, 상기 홀더의 이면측에 배치된 회로기판과, 상기 교차부 부근변의 종방향측 단부를 따라 배치되고, 플렉시블배선기판과 IC칩을 가지는 제1IC 패키지와, 상기 교차부 부근의 횡방향측 단부를 따라 배치되고, 플랙시블 배선기판과 IC칩을 가지는 제2 IC 패키지를 구비하고, 상기 제1 및 제2 IC패키지의 각 플랙시블 배선기판을 서로 대향하는 측에 두어, 상기 회로 기판측에 향하여 차례로 멀어지는 방향의 사변을 가지는 형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 매트릭스형 표시판넬 유닛.
