제13도는 본 발명의 박막 자기 헤드의 변형 실시예를 나타낸 도면이다.
Claims (10)
- 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법에 있어서, (가) 기판(1) 내의 제1면 (10)으로부터, 2개의 측벽(12,13)과 하부면(14)을 갖는 홈(11)의 비자성체를 생성시키는 단계와, (나) 홈(11)의 2개의 측벽(12,13)과 하부면(14)을 피복하는 양호한 도자성 재질층(2)을 생성시키는 단계와, (다) 홈(11)내에 비자성체(3)를 부착시키는 단계와, (라) 홈(11)내에 위치한 비자성체(3)에 도달하고, 2개의 측벽(12,13)상에 위치한 자성체(2,2′) 사이에 공극(15)을 생성하도록, 제1면(10)과 대향 위치한 기판의 제2면(10)을 가공하는 단계와, (마) 자성체층(40)이 홈(11)의 2개 측벽(12,13)상에 위치한 자성층(2)과 자기적으로 결합하는 방식으로 하여, 자성체층(40)을 포함하는 부분(4)을 기판(1)의 제1면과 접촉하는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판(1)의 제2면(10′)을 가공한 후, 2개의 측벽(12,13)상에 놓인 자성체(2,2′)를 분할하는 공극(15)상에 위치한 공극(17)에 의해 분리된 박막 자성체로 제조된 2개의 자극(8,9)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비자성체(3)는 전체 홈(11)을 채우지 않으며, 자성체층(40)을 포함하는 부분(4)의 접속후, 적어도 하나의 코일은 스페이스(16)를 통해 비자성체와 상기 부분(4)사이에 좌측 프리를 채우는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 젤1항에 있어서, 자성체층(40)을 포함하는 부분(4)의 접속전에 적어도 한 평면 코일은, 자성체와 절연되면서 상기 부분(4)으로 자성체층(2,2′)의 접속 구역을 둘러싸는 상기 부분(4)상에 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 홈(11)을 부착된 양호한 도자율을 갖는 재질층(2)은, 기둥 형태의 재질층과 상이한 결정 구조를 갖는 재질층을 교대로한 모양으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 기판(1)의 제1면(10)상에 부분(4)의 접속 단계는, 기판의 제2면(10′)의 가공 단계전에 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양호한 도자율을 갖는 재질층(2)은 면(10)을 피복하고, 상기 층의 생성은 홈(11)내에 놓이지 않는 양호한 도자율을 갖는 재질을 재거시키는 공정으로 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 양호한 도자율을 갖는 재질층(2)의 생성후에 비자성체층은 홈(11)을 채우도록 제조되며, 그후 상기 2개의 층이 가공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 몇 개의 홈(1,1′,1″)이 생성되며, 동일 기판에서 여러 단계의 방법에 상기 여러 홈들에 대해서 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 판독-기록 자기 헤드의 제조 방법.
- 선행항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 생성된 자기 헤드에 있어서, 상기 부분의 상부면으로 개구되어 있고 2개의 측벽(12,13) 및 하부면과 경계를 이루는 슬릿(11)을 포함하는 비자성체의 기판(1)과, 기판(1)의 상부면(16)과 동일한 높이이고, 2개의 측벽(12,13)을 높은 도자성의 재질층(2,2′)과, 기판(1)의 상부면(16)과 동일한 높이고, 상기 측면(12,13)을 피복하는 높은 도자율의 재질층(2) 사이에 위치한 비자성체(3)와, 기판(1)의 슬릿(11)을 관통하는 적어도 하나의 코일(6,7)을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
