Claims (8)

  1. 유압작동유의 회로속에 설치된 필터(4) (5) (6)의 입구와 출구의 압력차가, 미리 결정된 값을 초과하면 작동하도록 설정된 센서(8) (9) (10) (11)와, 센서에서의 신호를 받아서 작동하는 표시장치(13)를 구비하고, 유압작동유 속의 오염불질에 의하여 발생시키는 필터 (4) (5) (6) (73) (76)의 눈막힘을 필터의 입구와 출구의 압력차를 검출하여 표시하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치에 있어서, 회로속에 이과입도가 다른 2개 이상의 필터(4) (5) (6) (73) (76)를 배치하고, 각각의 필터의 입구, 출구의 압력(Pa) (pb) (Pc) (Pd)을 검출하여, 입구와 출구의 압력차가 소정치를 초과했을 때에, 초과한 곳의 표시장치(13) (81)가 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 2개 이상의 필터(4) (5) (6)의 배열은 여과 입도가 큰 필터(4) (5) (6)로 부터 순서로 직렬배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 2개 이상의 필터(73) (76)의 배열은 유압 회로에 분류밸브(71)를 설치하여 작동유의 유량을 2분하고 병렬로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 표시장치(13) (81)에는 입구와 출구의 압력신호를 받아서 제어장치(12) (80)로 연산하여 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 표시장치(81)에는 필터(73) (76)를 병렬로 배치하는 회로에 배치된 오리피스(74) (77)와, 각각의 오리피스의 입구와 출구의 압력차가 미리 결정된 값으로 도달하면 작동하도록 설정된 센서(78) (79)와, 센서에서의 신호를 받아서 필터의 눈막힘 상황을 제어장치로 연산하고, 표시장치(81)에 신호를 발신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치.
  6. 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 전기한 분류밸브(71)에는 회로속에 설치된 필터(120)의 입구 회로에 배치하는 유량제어밸브(122)에 의하여 일정유량을 흐르게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 표시장치.
  7. 유압 작동유의 회로속에 설치된 필터(4) (5) (6)에 있어서, 필터내에 배설된 여과입도가 큰 필터로 부터 작동유를 차례로 통과시켜, 각 필터의 입구와 출구의 압력차가 소정량의 수치를 초과했을때, 필터에 설치할 센서(8) (9) (10) (11)에서 수치를 초과한 곳에서 압력신호를 발생시켜, 그 압력신호에 의하여 정상, 주의, 이상의 판정을 하여 표시를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 판정방법.
  8. 유압작동유의 회로속에 설치된 필터(73) (76)의 눈막힘의 유무를 검출하는 것에 의하여 오염도를 판정하는 유압회로의 오염도 판정방법에 있어서, 회로의 작동유의 유량을 2분하고, 각각의 회로에 여과입도가 다른 필터(73) (76)와 오리피스(74) (77)를 배치하며, 우선 한쪽 필터의 눈막힘의 유무를 오리피스의 입구와 출구의 압력차에 의하여 검출하고, 다음에 다른 한쪽 필터의 눈막힘의 유무를 검출하여 그 결과를 해석하며, 오염정도를 3단계 이상의 판정항목으로 구분하여 표시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압회로 오염도 판정방법.
