Claims (18)
- 균일하게 분포된 일정 크기의 자극들의 배열을 갖는 제1환형 자기 부호기; 불균일하게 이격된 자극들의 배열을 가짐으로써 인접 자극들의 강도가 불균일한 제2환형 자기 부호기; 상기 제1및 제2환형 자기 부호기들에 대한 적어도 하나의 회전가능한 지지체; 상기 제1환형 자기 부호기의 회전 경로 근처에 배치된 적어도 하나의 제1자계센서; 상기 제2환형 자기 부호기의 회전 경로 근처에 배치된 제2자계 센서; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관용 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 지지체가 환형 드러스트 베어링 테이스 플레이트로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 지지체가 구동 샤프트에 의해 구동되는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2환형 자기 부호기들은, 상기 부호기를 지지하도록 축방향 표면상에 평편한 지역을 갖는 환형 링과, 상기 부호기들의 축방향 두께에 비례하는 거리만큼 상기 환형 링의 평편한 지역으로 부터 돌출하는 축방향 연장 환형 핀(fin)과, 상기 회전가능한 지지체에 부착되도록 상기 축방향 연장 환형 핀의 축방향 표면으로 부터 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 축방향 돌출 지주로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 부착 장치에 의해 상기 회전가능한 지지체에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2자계 센서들이 적어도 하나의 하우징 부재에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1및 제2자계 센서들이 홀-효과장치 및 적절한 전기 회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 지지체가 놓이는 베어링 요소를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 회전가능한 지지체 및 상기 베어링 요소 사이의 확실한 접촉을 유지하는 스프링 수단을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 지지체; 그 지지체상에 평편한 굴곡 경로로 배치된 전기 도선; 발생된 자극의 강도를 변화시키도록 도선의 굴곡 루프들 사이의 상기 지지체 영역에 배치된 자계 변조기들로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 자기 재료상의 자극 형성을 위한 구조물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 요망되는 자계의 강도에 좌우하여 공기, 플라스틱, 알루미늄 및 강철로 구성되는 군중에서 선택된 재료로 상기 자계 강도 변조기들이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 발생된 각각의 자극의 크기 및 자계 강도가, 각각의 자계변조 기용으로 선택된 재료, 도선내의 자화 루프의 크기, 자계 변조기들의 크기와 배치, 및 자화 전류 펄스의 전류량 및 지속기간에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구조물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 같은 극성의 상기 제2환형 자기 부호기 자극들의 강도가 불균일한 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2환형 자기 부호기의 여러 불균일한 자극들의 강도가 상기 제2자계 센서에 의해 검출될 수 있는 최소 강도 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1자계 센서들의 갯수가 2개이고, 상기 제2센서들은 극 간격의 검출해상도가 배가되도록 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서 시스템.
- 자극들의 간격이 불균일하고 인접 자극들의 강도가 불균일하도록 배열된 자극들을 갖는 자기 부호기 링과, 그 자기 부호가 링의 부근에 배치된 자게 센서로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 센서 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 같은 극성의 자극들의 강도가 불균일 한것을 특징으로 하는 자기 센서시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 자기 부호기 링의 여러 불균일한 자극들의 강도가, 상기 자계 센서에 의해 검출가능한 최소 강도 이하인 자기 센서 시스템.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 자계 센서는 적절한 전기 회로를 갖춘 홀-효과 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 자기 센서 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
