Claims (17)

  1. 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 구성되는 A층과, 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름으로 구성되어 접착제를 사용하지 않고 전기한 A층의 적어도 한쪽 표면에 접합되는 B층으로 이루어 지며, 전기한 A층의 잔류결정화열은 전기한 A층을 구성하는 수지의 결정화열의 20%이상이고, 전기한 B층은 20-180℃의 범위에서 결정화에 의한 발열피크를 실제적으로 보유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌필름은 접착제를 사용하지 않고 전기한 A층의 양면에 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 A층의 잔류결정화열은 전기한 A층을 구성하는 수지의 결정화열의 40%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 A층과 B층의 두께비는 0.2이상 5.0이하의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전기한 A층과 B층의 두께비는 0.3이상 3.0이하의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 용융점도는, 온도 300℃및 전단속도 200sec-1의 조건하에서 700 내지 20000포아즈의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 제2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 용융점도는, 온도 300℃및 전단속도 200sec-1의 조건하에서 500 내지 12000포아즈의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 전기한 2측배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 용융점도는, 온도300℃및 전단속도 200sec-1의 조건하에서 700 내지 10000포아즈의 범위내인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
  9. 2측배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름을 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 적어도 한쪽 표면위에 적층하는 단계와, 적층된 필름을 180-270℃범위의 온도와 1-20㎏/㎤범위의 압력조건하에서 열압착에 의해 접합하는 단계와, 접합된 필름을 60초내에 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 결정화온도 이하의 온도까지 냉각시키는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층제의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 적층단계와 전기한 접합단계사이에 적층된 필름을 80-130℃범위의 온도와 1-20 ㎏/㎤범위의 압력조건하에서 미리 열고착시키는 단계가 더 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름과 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름이 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름위의 황화폴리페닐렌 필름을 제외하고 용융에 의해 시이트형상으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 표면에 적층시키고, 적층된 필름을 180-270℃범위의 온도와 1-20㎏/㎤범위의 압력조건하에서 열압착에 의해 접합시키고 결합된 60초이내에 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 결정화 온도 이하의 온도까지 냉각시킨 후에, 다른 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름을 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름을 180-270℃범위의 온도와 1-20㎏.㎤범위의 압력조건하에서 열압착에 의해 결합시키고, 결합된 필름을 60초이내에 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 결정화온도 이하의 온도까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름과 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름이 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름위의 황화폴리페닐렌을 제외하고 시이트형상으로 용융에 의해 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름, 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 및 다른 2축 배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름을 실제적으로 동시에 이 순서대로 적층하고 적층된 필름을 전기한 180-270℃범위의 온도와 1-20㎏/㎤범위의 압력조건하에서 열압착에 의해 접합시키고, 접합된 필름을 60초이내에 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름의 결정화온도 이하의 온도까지 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름들과 전기한 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름은 전기한 2축배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름 사이의 황화폴리페닐렌을 제외하고 용융에 의해 시이트형상으로 적층되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 전기한 냉각온도는 80℃이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 불활성가스 분위기내에서 필름이 20℃부터 180℃까지 가열될때, 시차주사열량게에 의해 측정된 발열피크가 250 ℃이상인 무배향 황화폴리페닐렌 필름으로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체의 제조방법.
