Claims (3)

  1. 전분 또는 전분 수해물(水解物)을 산의 존재하 또는 비존재하에서 가열 분해하여 얻어진 배소 덱스트린의 정제물을 유효 성분으로 함유하여 이루어진 혈청 지질 성분의 개선 작용을 갖는 식품조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배소 덱스트린이 포도당을 구성당으로 하고 1→4, 1→6 이의에 1→2, 1→3 결합이 있으며, 환원 말단의 일부가 1→6 무수 포도당인 식품조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 배소 덱스트린의 정제물이 배소 덱스트린에 (가) .α-아밀라아제처리후, 또는 α-아밀라아제처리에 계속하여 글루코 아밀라아제 처리후, 필요에 따라 통상적인 방법으로 여과, 탈취, 탈염을 한 것, (나), (가)의 처리후 다시 또 이온 교환수지 크로마토 그래피로 덱스트린 성분을 분리하는 처리를 한 것, 의 (가)-(나)의 어느 하나의 처리를 하여 얻어진 식품조성물.
