Claims (66)

  1. 폴리프로필렌 90 내지 70중량% 및 폴리부틸렌 10 내지 30중량%로 이루어지는 혼합물(blend)로부터 제조된 열가소성 인발·비배향(drawn and unoriented) 섬유로 구성되는 1개 이상의 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹(three dimensional nonwoven web).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 폴리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독중합체와 폴리부틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹.
  4. 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 3성분 공중합체(terpolymer)로 이루어지는 폴리부틸렌 함량이 10 내지 30중량%인 3성분 혼합물(ternary blend)로부터 제조된 열가소성 인발 섬유로 구성되는 1개이상의 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 3성분 공중합체가 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 1-부텐으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 플리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독중합체와 폴리부틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직웹.
  8. a)폴리프로필렌과 폴리부틸렌을 혼합하여 폴리프로필렌 90 내지 70중량%와 폴리부틸렌 10 내지 30중량%의 혼합물을 제조하고, b)이 혼합물을 가열하여 용융물을 제조하고, c)다이(die)를 통해 용융물을 압출시켜 열가소성 섬유를 제조하고, d)초기에 이 섬유를 14:1 이상의 인발비로 인발시키고, e)이 섬유를 형성되는 표면상에 부착시켜 제1층을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 열가소성 섬유로 구성된 3차원 부직 웹의 1층을 형성시키는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 섬유를 형성되는 표면상에 부착시키기 전에 급랭시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8 또는 9항에 있어서, 섬유를 부착시킨후, 이층을 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8 또는 9항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 폴리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독 중합체와 폴리부틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. a)폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 3성분 공중합체를 혼합하여 폴리부틸렌 함량이 10 재지 30중량%인 3성분 혼합물을 제조하고, b)이 혼합물을 가열하여 용융물을 제조하고, c)다이를 통해 용융물을 압축시켜 열가소성 섬유를 제조하고, d)초기에 이 섬유를 14 : 1 이상의 인발비로 인발시키고, e)이 섬유를 형성되는 표면상에 부착시켜 제1층을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 열가소성 섬유로 구성된 3차원 부직웹의 1층을 형성하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 3성분 공중합체가 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 1-부텐으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 폴리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폭리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제13 또는 14항에 있어서, 섬유를 형성되는 표면상에 부착시키기 전에 급랭시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 섬유를 부착시킨 후, 이층을 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 폴리프로필렌90 내지 70중량% 및 폴리부틸렌 10 내지 30중량%로 이루어지는 혼합물로부터 형성된 열가소성 인발 섬유로 구성되는 웹으로 이루어지는 3차원 부직 와이퍼.

  21. 제20항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로하는 3차원 부직 와이퍼.
  22. 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 3성분 공중합체로 이루어지는 폴리부틸렌 함량이 10 내지 30중량%인 3성분혼합물로부터 제조된 열가소성 인발 섬유로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직 와이퍼.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 3성분 공중합체가 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 1-부텐으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직와이퍼.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 폴리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독중합체와 폴리부틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 3차원 부직 와이퍼.

  34. 제33항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.

  38. 제37항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 폴리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독중합체와 폴리부틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 재료.
  39. 제38항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 이텔렌광의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 재료.
  40. 폴리프로필렌, 폴리부틸렌 및 3성분 공중합체로 이루어지는 폴리부틸렌 함량이 10 내지 30중량%인 3성분 혼합물로부터 제조된 열가소성 인발 섬유로 구성되는 1개 이상의 3차원 층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 재료.
  41. 제40항에 있어서, 3성분 공중합체가 프로필렌, 에틸렌 및 1-부텐으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 라이네이트 재료.
  42. 제40항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌이 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체와 폴리프로필렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되고, 폴리부틸렌이 폴리부틸렌 단독중합체와 폴리부틸렌 공중합체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 재료.
  43. 제42항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 공중합체 및 폴리부틸렌 공중합체가 에틸렌과의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 재료.
  44. a)폴리프로필렌과 폴리부틸렌을 혼합하여 폴리프로필렌 90 내지 70중량% 및 폴리부틸렌 10 내지 30중량%의 혼합물을 제조하고, b)이 혼합물을 가열하여 용융물을 제조하고, c)다이를 통해 용융물을 압출시켜 열가소성 섬유를 제조하고, d)초기에 이 섬유를 14 : 1 이상의 인발비로 인발시키고, e)이 섬유를 형성되는 표면상에 부착시켜 제1층을 형성시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 열가소성 섬유로 구성되는 1개 이상의 3차원 층을 포함하여 라미네이트 재료를 제조하는 방법.
