Claims (16)

  1. a) 중량 평균 분자량이 약 1000∼25000인(메트) 아크릴산혹은 말레산 혹은 이들의 염의 수용성 공중합체 혹은 삼원중합체 ; 단, 상기 공중합체는 1)약 20∼85중량 퍼어센트의(메트)아크릴산 혹은 말레산, 및 2)약 11∼80중량 퍼어센트의(메트)아크릴아미도 메틸프로판 술폰산 혹은 스티렌 술폰산, 혹은 3) 약 5∼30중량 퍼어센트의 (메트)아크릴아미드 혹은 치환된(메트)아크릴아미드, 혹은 4)약 30∼60중량 퍼어센트의 아소부틸렌 혹은 디이소부틸렌, 으로부터 형성되며, 상기 삼원중합체는 1)약 30∼80중량 퍼어센트의(메트)아크릴산 혹은 말레산, 및 2)약 11∼65중량 퍼어센트의(메트)아크릴아미드 메틸프로판 술폰산 혹은 스티렌 술폰산, 및 3)약 5∼30중량 퍼어센트의(메트) 아크릴아미드 혹은 치환된(메트)아크릴아미드, 혹은 4)약 5∼30중량 퍼어센트의 비닐알콜, 알릴알콜, 비닐 혹은 알릴알콜의 에스테르, 비닐에스테르, 스티렌, 이소부틸렌 혹은 디이소부틸렌, 혹은 5) ((메트)아크릴아미드 메틸프로판 술폰산이 존재할때) 약 3∼30중량 퍼어센트의 스티렌 술폰산으로부터 형성된다. b)마그네슘이온 ; c)상기 공중합체 혹은 삼원 중합체와 알루미늄이온 혹은 마그네숨이온의 혼합물 ; b)중량 평균 분자량 약 1000-25000인 폴리(메트)아크릴산 혹은 폴리말레산 혹은 이들의 염과 알루미늄이온 혹은 마그네슘이온의 혼합물 ; 로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택된 스케일 방지제를 효과적인 량으로 수성시스템에 첨가시켜 수성 시스템내에서의 실리카 혹은 실리케이트 스케일 형성을 제어하는 방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기(메트)아크릴아미트 메틸프로판 술폰산은 다음식으로 특징지워짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    단, 여기서 R은 H혹은 CH3이며, X은 H 혹은 금속양이온이며, R2는 C1-8알킬혹은 페닐이며, R3는 H혹은 C1-4알킬이다.
  3. 1 항에 있어서, 상기 치환된 (메트)아크릴아미드는 다음식으로 특징지워짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    단 상기식에서 R1은 H혹은 COOX이며, X는 H혹은 금속양이온, R4및 R5는 H혹은 C1-8알킬이나, 이들 양자모두가 H일수는 없다. 또한 R은 H혹은 CH3이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비닐 에스테르는 다음식으로 특징지워짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    단, 상기식에서 R은 H혹은 CH3, R6는 C1-6알킬, C6-10아릴 혹은 아랄킬, 혹은nR7(단, n은 1∼3, R7은 H., C1-6알킬 혹은 PO3X, X는 H혹은 금속 양이온이다.)이다.
  5. 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 공중합체 혹은 삼원중합체는 그 중량평균 분자량이 약 2000∼10000임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 삼원중합체는 약 45∼67중량 퍼어센트 아크릴산, 약 17∼40중량 퍼어센트 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸 프로판 술폰사, 및 아크릴아미드, 치환아크릴아미드, 비닐알콜, 알릴알콜, 비닐 혹은 알릴 알콜의 에스테르, 비닐 에스테르, 비닐 아세테이트 및 스티렌으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 약 5-30중량 퍼어센트의 제3유니트를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 삼원중합체는 약 45∼75중량 퍼어센트의 아크릴산, 약 17∼40중량 퍼어센트 2-아크릴아미도-2-메틸 프로판 술폰산, 및 약 4∼10중량 퍼어센트의 스티렌 술폰산을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 공중합체는 약 20∼80중량퍼어센트의 말레산 및 약 50∼80중량 퍼어센트의 스티렌술폰산을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 마그네슘이온은 마그네슘클로라이드 혹은 마그네슘 술페이트로부터 유도됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성시스템은 냉각탑임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성시스템은 보일러임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스케일방지량은 약 0.1∼500ppm(parts per million)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성시스템은 설탕제조에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성시스템은 중지된 오일회수(enhanced oil recovery)에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성시스템은 지열공정(geothermal processes)에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수성시스템은 세정제응용처에 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
