Claims (16)
- 수성 코팅 조성물내에서 운모질 미립자의 분산성을 증진시키기 위해 운모질 미립자의 표면 개조용으로 사용되는 하기 일반식의 화합물.[상기식에서 R1, R2및 R3은 같거나 다를수 있으며, 탄수소 1내지 10의 알킬, 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알콕실, 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알콕실알콕실, 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알카노일옥시 또는 할로겐으로부터 선택되고, 단, R1, R2및 R3이 모두다 알킬이어서는 안되며, A는 탄소수 1 내지 12의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬렌 또는 페닐렌이거나, 또는 할로겐, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬 혹은 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕실로 치환된 페닐렌으로 부터 선택되는 2가의 라디칼이고, X는 -O-또는 -NH-로부터 선택되는 2가의 라디칼이고, B는 직접 원자가 결합 또는 하기의 작용기들 중에서 선택되는 2가의기이고,Y는 -O-및-NH-로부터 선택되는 2가의 라디칼이고, R4는n-R5이고, n은 0 내지 1000의 정수이고, R6은 수소 또는 1 내지 8의 알킬이고, R5는 탄수소 1 내지 22의 알킬이다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식을 갖는 운모질 미립자의 표면개조용 화합물.[상기식에서, A, R1, R2, R3및 R5는 앞서 정의한 바와 같다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식을 갖는 운모질 미립자의 표면개조용 화합물.[상기식에서, A, R1, R2,R3, R5, R6및 n는 앞서 정의한 바와 같다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식을 갖는 운모질 미립자의 표면개조용 화합물.[상기식에서, A, R1, R2, R3, R5및 n는 앞서 정의한 바와 같고, 다이소시아네이트 부분은 디이소시아네이트에서 이소시아네이트 관능기 2개를 제거함으로써 유도된 2가의 잔기를 나타낸다.]
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, R1, R2및 R3메톡실 및 이 메톡실로부터 선택되는 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, A가-CH2CH2CH2-인 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, n이 1 내지 50의 정수인 화합물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하기식을 갖는 운모질 미립자의 표면개조용 화합물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하기식을 갖는 운모질 미립자의 표면재고용 화합물,
- 3-(트리엑톡시실릴)프로필 이소시아네이트와 평균 분자량이 약 350 내지 약 2000인 메톡실폴리(에틸렌글리콜)의 반응생성물인 화합물.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 따른 표면개조용 화합물로 처리함으로써 표면개조된 운모질 재료의 입자들을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 운모질 재료가 운모 또는 금속산화물로 캡슐화된 운모인 조성물.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 금속산화물이 산화철 또는 이산화티탄인 조성물.
- a)수성필름-형성수지와, b)가교제와, c)안료와, d)제11항 내지 제13항중 어느 하나에 따른 표면개조된 미립 운모질 재료와, 로 되는 코팅조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 미립 운모질 재료가 운모를 포함하는 코팅조성물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 따른 코팅조성물로부터 형성된 하나이상의 경화된 코팅층으로 코팅된 기관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
