Claims (20)
- 액체가 모아지는 액체리셉터클(2)의 안으로 흡입노늘(5)을 통하여 공기/애개체흐름을 넣는 모터로 구동되는 흡입팬을 갖고 언급된 모터로 구동되는 흡입팬안으로 액체를 넣지 않기 위해 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)안의 액체수준을 감시하는 수단을 갖고 최대 체움수준이 도달할 때 작동되는 표시판(6)을 가지면서 언급된 감지수단이 일체가된 반사기 수단을 갖는 최소한 하나의 반사광장벽(8)의 형태로 있는 개선점을 갖는 액체흡입장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 반사기수단이 언급된 최대채움수준 높이에 배열된 역반사기수단(10)의 형태이고 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)의 내부벽(9)에 고정된 액체흡입장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 역반사기수단(10)이 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)의 내부원주너머로 서로로부터 이격되고 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)의 바닥에 관해 다양한 높이에 배열된 다수의 역반사기(10,10a,10b)를 구비하고 언급된 반사기(10,10a,10b)의 각각 언급된 광장벽(8,8a,8b)의 하나에 일체가 되어있는 액체흡입장치
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 반사기가 수단(10)이 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)의 내부벽 (9)에 배열되고 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)의 내부안으로 방사상으로 뻗어있으며 언급된 반사장벽(8)을 마주보는 환상의 반사표면(12)을 갖는 환상의 돌출변부(11)의 형태인 액체 흡입장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 언급된 환상의 돌출변부(11)가 언급된 액체리셉터클의 일체된 부분인 액체흡입장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 반사기수단(10)과 언급된 광장벽(8)이 유입되는 흡입공기흐름지역에 배열되는 액체흡입장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 언급된 광장벽(8)의 수용기(18)와 방출기(17)는 공통하우징(20)의 각 덮는 슬리브(19,22)내부에 각각 배열되고, 언급된 하우징(20)의 바닥지역에서 언급된 방출기(17)와 언급된 수용기(18)의 근처에서 공기유입개구부(23)는 주위공기와 언급된 흐름에 있게 배열되는 액체흡입장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 반사광장벽(8)은 투명한 물질로 구성되는 광반사막대(24)의 단부(25)에 사각적으로 연결되고 언급된 막대의 자유단부(26)는 반구형의 형태이며 역반사기의 형태로 언급된 반사기수단의 역할을 하며 언급된 막대(24)는 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)안으로 측상으로 뻗어있고 언급된 막대(24)의 언급된 자유단부(26)는 언급된 최대 채움수준의 높이에 배열되는 액체흡입장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 막대(24)물질의 굴절율은 주위공기와 경계가 되는 언급된 막대(24)의 표면이 언급된 역반사기역할을 하도록 언급된 막대(24)주위의 공기굴절율보다 큰 액체흡입장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 막대(24)물질의 굴절율이 물의 굴절율과 대략 상응하여 주위물과의 경계인 언급된 막대(24)의 표면이 대략 90°에 광속을 반사하는 액체흡입장치
- 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 막대(24)는 언급된 막대(24)의 의경보다 큰 내경을 갖는 보호관(30)으로 둘러싸인 액체흡입장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 언급된 보호관(30)의 길이는 언급된 막대(24)의 길이와 대략 상용하는 액체흡입장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 공기는 언급된 보호관(30)의 내경과 언급된 막대(24)의 의경사이의 환상의 공간을 통해 흐르는 액체흡입장치.
- 제8하에 있어서, 언급된 막대(24)가 광물유리로 만들어지는 액체흡입장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 막대(24)가 투명한 플라스틱물질로 만들어지는 액체흡입장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 언급된 막대(24)가 보호인클로져(31)내의 언급된 흡입장치덮개(4)에 고정되는 액체흡입장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 반사기수단이 언급된 흡입장치덮개(4)에 부착되고 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)안으로 측상으로 뻗어있는 안내막대에 안내슬리브(36)를 통해 미끄러지도록 지지되는 넘침게이지(33)형태이고 언급된 덮개(4)를 마주보는 언급된 넘침게이지(33)의 표면은 언급된 광장벽(8)의 반사기의 형태로 갖춰지는 액체흡입장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 광장벽(8)은 언급된 덮개(4)에 부착되어 있고 언급된 액체리셉터클(2)의 내부를 마주보고 있는 액체흡입장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 광장벽(8)의 방사는 적외선 범위에 있는 액체흡입장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 광장벽(8)에서 나온 신호는 미리 설정된 최소시간간격에 수용될 때만 데이타처리 유니트에서 처리되는 액체흡입장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
