제1도는 드로우웨이 팁을 공구 홀더에 고정한 상태를 표시하는 단면도, 제2도는 클램프코인(Clamp quoin)을 공구 홀더 윗면에 이간시킨 상태를 표시하는 단면도, 제3도는 클램프코인의 평면도.

Claims (5)

  1. 공구홀더(19)의 선단부 윗면에 팁부착시이트(20)가 형성되고, 압압장치에 의하여 클램프코인(25)을 압압하여 드로우어웨이팁(21)을 부착시이트(20)의 저면(20a) 및 측면(20b)으로 밀어 붙여서 고정하도록 한 드로우어웨이 팁의 클램프 기구에 있어서, 전기한 공구홀더(19)의 윗면에는 전기한 팁부착시이트(20)에서 공구홀더(19)의 기단쪽으로 이간됨에 따라서 점차 아랫면쪽을 향해 경사지는 경사면(19b)이 형성되고, 전기한 클램프코인(25)의 아랫면에는 기단쪽에 전기한 공구홀더의 경사면(19b)과 당접하는 슬라이드면(29a)이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이 팁의 클램프 기구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 압압장치는 공구홀더(19)에 형성된 관통구멍 및 클램프코인(25)을 삽통하는 볼트로서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이 팁의 클램프 기구.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 클램프코인(25)과 전기한 공구홀더(19)와의 사이에는 양자를 이간시키는 방향으로 부세하는 탄성부재가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이 팁의 클램프기구.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 전기한 클램프코인(25)과 전기한 공구홀더(19)와의 사이에는 양자의 소정범위 이상의 상대회동을 저지하는 계지벽이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이 팁의 클램프 기구.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 전기한 클램프코인(25)과 전기한 공구홀더(19)와의 사이에는, 클램프코인(25)의 팁 부착시이트(20)로 향해서 소정범위 이상의 이동을 저지하는 계지벽이 형성됨과 아울러, 클램프코인을 공구홀더에서 이간시키면서 팁부착시이트를 향하는 방향으로 부세하는 탄성부재가 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 드로우어웨이 팁의 클램프기구.
