Claims (3)

  1. 회전 가능한 기록 매체에 대해 비 접촉위치에서 지탱되고 그리고 기록 작동을 실행하게 상기 기록 매체 상에 자계를 인가하는 부동형 자성헤드와, 광학 도파관을 경유하여 광학 도파관로의 광학 시스템부에 레이저 빔 발생수단에 의해 방출된 레이저 빔을 향하게 하는 광학 헤드와 그리고 상기 레이저 빔을 상기 기록매체 상에 조사하는 광학 헤드를 포함하는 거기에서 상기 자성헤드와 상기 광학 헤드가 한 유닛에 통합되고, 상기 광학 헤드의 상기 광학 도파관로는 상기 기록 매체에 향하는 상기 자성헤드의 표면에 위치하고 그리고 상기 광학 시스템부에 의해 향하여진 상기 레이저 빔이 상기 자계가 상기 자성헤드에서 인가되는 상기 기록 매체 상의 한 점에 조사되는 광자성 복합헤드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광학 헤드의 상기 광학 시스템부는 상기 기록 매체 상에 집중되도록 상기 광학 도파관로를 통하여 통과한 상기 레이저 빔을 회절하는 집중 회절 결합기를 포함하는 광자성 복합헤드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록 매체가 회전될때 상기 기록 매체와 상기 자성헤드간에 발생하는 현수와 평형되는 공기 또는 공기압의 흡입력에 의해 상기 기록 매체에서 일정한 거리에서 유지되는 광자성 복합헤드.
