Claims (6)

  1. 교류전류구동되는 복수의 일렉트로루머네신스형 발광소자의 배열을 포함하고, 이들의 발광소자의 발광의 조합에 의해 대전한 감광체로 소정의 광정보를 노출하는 수단과; 상기 노출수단에 의해 상기 감광체에 형성된 정보를 기록매체로 전사하는 수단과; 상기 발광소자 각각의 전극에 흐르는 교류구동 전류의 피크치를 검출하고, 검출한 피크치와 소정의 기준치를 비교하여 상기 발광소자 각각의 양·불량을 판정하는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자는 소정개수를 1블록으로 하여 복수의 블록으로 나뉘어져 있으며, 각각의 상기 블록내 발광소자 각각의 일방전극은 이들의 블록의 수와 같은 수의 블록전극선에 접속되고, 각 블록의 발광소자의 타방전극은 각각각 블록의 발광소자수와 같은수의 공통전극선에 접속되고, 각 블블럭록의 발광소자의 하방전극을 각각 각 블록의 발광소자수와 같은 수의 공통전극선에 접속되고 상기 전자사진 장치가, 상기 공통전극선각각에 소정의 교류구동전류를 제공하는 수단과; 상기 블록전극선 각각에, 상기 교류구동전류에 동기한 소정의교류 구동신호를 제공하는 수단을 다시 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 판정수단이, 상기 공통전극선 각각에 결합되고, 상기 교류구동전류 각각을 독립적으로 검출하는 수단과; 상기 검출수단의 검출출력신호의 피크치를 샘플하여 홀드하는 수단과; 상기 검출수단의 검출출력신호의 샘플하여 홀드된 피크치와 상기 소정의 기준치를 비교하여 상기 교류구동전류 각각의 크기가 상기 기준치보다도 작을때에, 상기 발광소자가 불량인 것을 나타내는 신호레벨을 가지는 판정신호를 제공하는 수단과; 상기 판정신호의 신호레벨에 기인하여 상기발광소자 각각의 양·불량을 판별하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  4. 대전된 감광체로의 정보의 노출기록을 다수의 발광소자를 나열하여 어레이화한 라인헤드에 의해 행하고, 정보기록된 감광체를 현상하고 또한 기록매체에 전사하는 전자사진 장치에 있어서, 상기 각 발광소자의 발광동작시 그 각 발광소자의 전극에 흐르는 AC 전류피크를 검출하는 전류검출수단과, 이 전류검출수단에서의 전류검출출력에 의해 상기 각 발광소자의 양부판정을 행하는 판정수단을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 각 발광소자를 복수의 그룹으로 나누고, 각 그룹단위로 상기 전류검출수단을 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 발광소자로서 일렉트로.루머네신스 소자를 사용함과 동시에 상기 전류검출수단으로서 트랜스를 사용하고, 상기 판정수단이 상기 트랜스에서의 전압신호를 정류하는 정류회로와, 이 정류회로에서 정류된 전압신호를 홀드하는 홀드회로와, 이 홀드회로에서 홀드된 전압신호를 기준전압과 비교하여 상기 일렉트로.루머네신스 소자의 양부판정을 행하는 비교회로와, 이 비교회로에 의한 양부판정후에 상기 홀드회로의 홀드상태를 해제하는 해제수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 장치.
