제1도는 니들-펀칭 기술에 있어서 본 발명의 시일링 매트를 제조하기 위해 사용된 점토의 질 및 팽윤능에 대한 적절한 범위 및 부적절한 범위를 나타낸다. 제2도는 시험에서 밝혀진 본 발명에 사용된 부직포 섬유 물질에 대한 면적 중량과 유효 열림 크기 Dw의 적절한 조합을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 팽윤성 점토가 약 90%가 0.06mm미만이고 약 70%가 0.002mm미만인 입자크기를 갖는 분말 형태이며, 기저층과 표지층 사이의 팽윤성 점토층 두께가 제1도에 나타낸 그림에 따른 점토의 팽윤능에 직접 관련되고 "적절한 범위"로 표시된 그림의 부화부분에 놓여지며, 및 (b) 사용된 부직포 섬유 물질이 제2도에 나타낸 그림 "허용 가능한 범위"로 표시된 부분에 놓여있는 면적 중량 및 유효 열림 크기 Dw를 갖는, 기저층 및 표지층 중 적어도 하나가 부직포 섬유 물질로 구성된다는 조건하에 부직포 섬유 물질, 제직포, 편성포 및 플라스틱 시이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 기저층 및 표지층과 팽윤성 점토 중간층을 함유하는 물 및/ 또는 오일 차단층으로서 사용하기위한, 물 및 / 또는 오일-불투수성 삼층 시일링 매트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (a) 팽윤성 점토가 부직포 섬유층에 적어도 부분적으로 묻혀 있고, (b) 팽윤성 점토층의 두께가 전체적으로 부직포 섬유 층 또는 층들의 두께와 실제로 동일하거나 보다 얇은 시일링 매트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 약30∼약50%의 사용된 벤토나이트가 적어도 하나의 기저층 및 / 또는 표지층에 위치하는 시일링 매트.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에서 있어서, (a)기저층 및 표지층이 부직포 섬유 물질로 구성되며, (b)부직포 섬유 물질이 약 300 또는 600g/㎡∼약1000g/㎡의 면적 중량, 약 2∼약8mm의 두께, 약 0.08∼약1.5mm의 유효 열림크기, 2kN/㎡ 하중하의 10-3-약10-2㎡/s의 물 투수성을 가지며 절단 길이 약 60∼약 150mm의 방적 섬유로 만들어진 시일링 매트.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기저층 및 표지층 중 하나가 부직포 섬유 물질이고 다른 층이 제직포 또는 편성포이며, 기저층 및 표지층 모두가 비부패성 합성 수지로 만들어진 비부패성 합성 수지 섬유 또는 필라멘트, 또는 플라스틱 시이트로 구성되는 시일링 매트.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기저층 및 표지층이 부직포 섬유 물질이며, 모두 비부패성 합성수지로 제조되는 제직포 또는 편성포 또는 플라스틱 시이트가 기저층과 팽윤성 점토층 사이에 위치하는 시일링 매트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 기저층이 제2도에 따른 그림의 "허용 가능한 범위" 밖의 부직포 섬유 물질이며, 80g/㎡초과의 면적 중량을 갖는 제직 스플릿 필름이 기저층과 점토층 사이에 니들-펀칭되고, 부직포 섬유 물질이 바람직하게는 250g/㎡의 면적 중량을 갖는 니들-펀칭된 부직포 섬유 물질인 시일링 매트.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 기저층이 150g/㎡초과의 면적 중량을 갖는 제직 스플릿 필름만으로 구성되거나 또는 200μ(0.2mm)이상의 두께를 갖는 플라스틱 시이트 만으로 구성된 시일링 매트.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 부직포 섬유 물질, 제직포 또는 편성포 및 플라스틱 시이트가 폴리올레핀 또는 폴리에스테르 (PES)로 구성된 시일링 매트.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리프로필렌(PP)또는 고밀도 폴리에틸렌(PEH D)인 시일링 매트.
