Claims (11)

  1. ZA VODO IN/ALI OLJE NEPREPUSTNA TESNILNA PONJAVA, KI JE V BISTVU SESTAVLJENA IZ PODLOŽNEGA SLOJA, SLOJA NABREKLJIVE GLINE IN KROVNEGA SLOJA PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Tesnilna ponjava, neprepustna za vodo in/ali olje, za uporabo kot prepreka za vodo in/ali olje, katera se sestoji iz podložnega sloja iz netkanega tekstilnega materiala, krovnega sloja in vmesnega sloja iz nabrekljive gline, pri čemer se omenjeni krovni sloj sestoji iz netkanega tekstilnega materiala, tkanega blaga ali pletenega blaga in imajo netkani tekstilni materiali površinsko težo in delovno velikost odprtine Dw, ki leži v delu, označenem z "dovoljeni obseg”, v diagramu z risbe 2 in so vsi trije sloji skupaj speti s postopkom iglanja, označena s tem, da ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot podložni sloj, površinsko težo najmanj 600g/m* in ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je opcijsko uporabljen kot krovni sloj površinsko težo najmanj 300g/m2 in je nabrekljiva glina v praškasti obliki z velikostjo delcev, od katerih je 90¾ manjših od 0,06mm in okoli 70% manjših od 0,002mm, in je površinska teža nabrekljive gline direktno odvisna od sposobnosti gline, da nabreka, kot je ilustrirano v diagramu z risbe 1, in leži v njegovem šrafiranem delu, označenem s "primeren obseg”. *

Tesnilna ponjava, neprepustna za vodo in/ali olje, za uporabo kot prepreka za vodo in/ali olje, katera se sestoji iz podložnega sloja iz tkanega materiala ali pletenega materiala, iz krovnega sloja iz netkanega tekstilnega materiala in vmesnega sloja iz nabrekljive gline, pri čemer ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot krovni sloj, površinsko težo in delovno velikost odprtine Dw, ki leži v delu, označenem z "dovoljeni obseg", v diagramu z risbe 2 in so vsi trije sloji skupaj speti s postopkom iglanja, označena s tem, da ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot krovni sloj, površinsko težo najmanj 300g/m2 in je nabrekljiva glina v praškasti obliki z velikostjo delcev, od katerih je 90% manjših od 0,06mm in okoli 70% manjših od 0,002mm, in je površinska teža nabrekljive gline direktno odvisna od sposobnosti gline, da nabreka, kot je ilustrirano v diagramu z risbe 1, in leži v njegovem šrafi ranem delu, označenem s "primeren obseg".

Tesnilna ponjava, neprepustna za vodo in/ali olje, za uporabo kot prepreka za vodo in/ali olje, katera se sestoji iz podložnega sloja iz plastične folije ali filma, iz krovnega sloja iz netkanega tekstilnega materiala in vmesnega sloja iz nabrekljive gline, pri čemer ima omenjeni uporabljeni netkani tekstilni material površinsko težo in delovno velikost odprtine Dw, ki leži v delu, označenem z "dovoljeni obseg", v diagramu z risbe 2, označena s tem, da ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot krovni sloj površinsko težo najmanj 300g/m2 in je nabrekljiva glina v praškasti obliki z velikostjo delcev, od katerih je 90% manjših od 0,06mm in okoli 70% manjših od 0,002mm, in je površinska teža nabrekljive gline med podložnim slojem in krovnim slojem direktno odvisna od sposobnosti gline, da nabreka, kot je ilustrirano v diagramu z risbe 1, in leži v njegovem šrafiranem delu, označenem s "primeren obseg" in so vsi trije deli med seboj speti s postopkom iglanja. 3

Tesnilna ponjava, neprepustna za vodo in/ali olje, za uporabo kot prepreka za vodo in/ali olje, katera se sestoji iz podložnega sloja iz netkanega tekstilnega materiala, krovnega sloja in vmesnega sloja iz nabrekljive gline, pri čemer se omenjeni krovni sloj sestoji iz netkanega tekstilnega materiala, tkanega blaga ali pletenega blaga in ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen za krovni sloj, površinsko težo in delovno velikost odprtine Dw, ki leži v delu, označenem z "dovoljeni obseg", v diagramu z risbe 2 in so vsi trije sloji speti skupaj s postopkom iglanja, označena s tem, da ima netkani tekstilni material, ki se opcijsko uporablja kot krovni sloj, površinsko težo najmanj 300g/m2 in ima netkani tekstilni material, ki se uporablja kot podložni sloj površinsko težo in delovno velikost odprtine Dw, ki lahko leži znotraj ali zunaj dela, označenega z "dovoljeni obseg", v diagramu z risbe 2 in je nabrekljiva glina v praškasti obliki z velikostjo delcev, od katerih je 90¾ manjših od 0,06mm in okoli 70% manjših od 0,002mm, in je površinska teža nabrekljive gline direktno odvisna od sposobnosti gline, da nabreka, kot je ilustrirano v diagramu z risbe 1, in leži v njegovem šrafiranem delu, označenem s "primeren obseg" in da je med podložni sloj in sloj nabrekljive gline nameščen tkani material, pleteni material in/ali plastična folija ali film.
  5. 5. Tesnilna ponjava po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da (a) se ne samo podložni sloj ampak tudi krovni sloj sestoji iz netkanih tekstilnih materialov, pri čemer (b) ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot krovni sloj, površinsko težo od okoli 300g/m2 do okoli 1000g/m2 in ima netkani tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot podložni sloj, površinsko težo od okoli 600g/m2 do okoli 1000g/m2 in 4- imata oba netkana tekstilna materiala debelino od okoli 2 do okoli 8mmf delovno velikost odprtine med okoli 0,08 in okoli 1,5mm in prepustnost za vodo pri obremenitvi z 2kN/m2 med 10-3 in okoli 10~^m/s in so izdelani iz predenih vlaken, razrezanih na dolžino od okoli 60 do okoli 150mm.

Tesnilna ponjava po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da se netkani tekstilni material, ki se uporablja kot podložni sloj, sestoji iz dveh netkanih tekstilnih materialov, spetih skupaj s postopkom iglanja, pri čemer ima en od netkanih tekstilnih materialov zelo fine pore skladno z diagramom z risbe 2 in ima drugi netkani tekstilni material, ki je povezan z bentonitnim slojem, bolj grobe pore z višjo dovoljeno velikostjo delovne odprtine, to je 1.5mm, ki so do 100% napolnjene z nabrekljivo glino.
  7. 7. Tesnilna ponjava po zahtevku 2, označena s tem, da se podložni sloj sestoji iz stkanih snopičev, ki so stkani iz kakršnegakoli surovega tekstilnega materiala, prednostno poliolefina, ki ima površinsko težo višjo od 150g/m2.
  8. 8. Tesnilna ponjava po zahtevku 3, označena s tem, da ima plastična folija debelino večjo od 200pm.
  9. 9. Tesnilna ponjava po zahtevku 4, označena s tem, da je med podložnim slojem in slojem gline s postopkom iglanja vpet sloj iz stkanih snopičev, ki so stkani iz kakršnegakoli surovega tekstilnega materiala, prednostno poliolefina, ki ima površinsko težo višjo od 80g/m*, pri čemer je netkan tekstilni material, ki je uporabljen kot podložni sloj, prednostno iglan netkan tekstilni material s površinsko težo 250g/m*. 5
  10. 10. Tesnilna ponjava po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 9, označena s tem, da so netkani tekstilni materiali mehansko utrjena predena vlakna.
  11. 11. Tesnilna ponjava po zahtevkih od 1 do 9, označena s tem, da se netkani tekstilni materiali, tkane ali pletene tkanine in plastične folije sestojijo iz plastike, ki ne gnije, prednostno iz poliolefina, še posebej iz polipropi1 ena ali polietilena z visoko gostoto, ali iz poliestra.
