제1도는 고온예비성형체의 단면도, 제2도는 결정질수지를 사출성형하여 얻은 고온예비성형체의 시간경과에 따른 변화를 도시하는 그래프도, 제3도는 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트를 사출성형하여 얻은 고온예비성형체 샘플 제1호의 시간경과에 따른 표면온도변화를 도시하는 그래프도.
Claims (7)
- 융용수지를 사출금형에 사출 및 충진하여 상기 수지를 필요한 예비성형체로 성형하고, 상기 예비성형체의 입구부를 립금형에 의해 파지하여 이것을 사출금형으로부터 취입금형으로 이송하고, 상기 예비성형체를 필요한 박벽중공성형품으로 연신취입성형함에 있어서, 상기 예비성형체의 사출금형으로부터의 이형은 그것의 형상이 급속냉각에 의해 표면에 형성된 표피층에 의해 유지될 수 있는 상태와 내부냉각이 완료되지 않아 온도가 높은 상태일때 수행하며, 상기 예비성형체의 연신취입성형은 그 자체의 내부온도에 의해 상승된 예비성형체의 표면온도가 최고온도에 도달할때까지의 시간내에 수행하는 것을 특징응로 하는 사출연신취입 성형방법.
- 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트로 제작된 예비성형체의 사출금형으로부터의 이형은 이형직후의 표면온도가 정상온도에서 60℃이상70℃이하인 온도범위에서 수행하며, 연산취입성형은 예비성형체의 표면온도가 80℃이상 95℃이하의 온도범위의 최고온도에 도달할때까지의 시간내에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신취입성형방법.
- 폴리에틸렌으로 제작된 예비성형체의 사출금형으로부터의 이형은 이형직후의 표면온도가 정상온도에서90℃이상100℃이하인 온도범위에서 수행하며, 연신취입성형은 예비성형체의 표면온도가 100℃ 이상122℃ 이하의 온도범위의 최고온도에 도달할때까지의 시간내에 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 예비성형체를 제작하는데 사용된 수지가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리카보네이트등과같은 결정수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항,제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 예비성형체연신부의 각 부위에 내부열은 소정온도롤 우지된 금형의 온도와 예비성형체의 계획적으로 조절된 벽두께분포에 의해 조절되며, 연신부의 연신조건은 벽두께에 따라 다른 열량의 차이에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 예비성형체를 제작할때 냉각시간은 예비성형체의 모든 벽두께부에서 이형후 연신취입성형을 수행할 수 있도록 소정시간내로 한정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신취입성형방법.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제3항, 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 예비성형체를 사출성형할때의 예비성형체의 벽두께조절은 각 부위의 연신조건에 따라 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사출연신취입성형방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
