Claims (13)
- 상부 피복을 갖고 적어도 부분적으로 피복된 칼라 필터에 제공된 기판을 포함하는 장치로서, 상기 상부 피복은 경화 아크릴 수지를 포함하며 엣지중 적어도 한부분 두께개 점차적으로 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 상부 피복은 기껏해야 30°의 경사를 갖고 두께가 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 경사는 5°보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 상부 피복은 적어도 4H의 연필 경도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 선행항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 상기 상부 피복은 상기 아크릴 수지용으로 거의 솔벤트를 함유하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 선행항중 어떤 한 항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴 수지는 적어도 트리메틸 프로판 트리아세테이트, n-비닐 파이톨리돈(pyrolidon)펜타-에리드롤(erithrytol)트리아세테이트 또는 펜타-에리드롤-테트라-아세테이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 2개의 서포팅 플레이트 사이에 표시 매체를 포함하는 전기 광학 표시 장치로서, 상기 표시 장치는 제1 내지 제6항중 어떤 한 항에 청구된 바와같은 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 표시 매체는 액정 물질을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제 8항의 어떤 한 항에 청구된 바와같은 장치 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 기관이 크리닝 단계를 받아들인 후에, 상기 칼라 필터 영역에서 상부 피복 물질에 제공되며, 상기 피복이 패턴되고, 후에 상기 상부 피복 물질은 UV방사에 의해 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 산소 플라즈마 처리 또는 UV/오존 처리는 크리닝 단계로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치 제조 방법.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 패터닝과 경화사이에 적어도 5분의 웨이팅 시간의 걸리는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치 제조 방법.
- 제9항, 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 경화는 불활성 대기에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 플렉스그라픽 압축 방법 또는 스템프는 패터닝용으로 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라 필터를 구비한 장치 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
