Abstract

본 발명은 액정 디스플레이용 칼라필터에 관한 것으로, 필터표면의 평탄화와 보호를 위해 도포하는 보호막인 유기 투명 수지막과 ITO 투명 전도막 사이에 질화 실리콘막을 형성하므로써 상기 질화 실리콘막의 강한 접착력에 의하여 투명 수지막과 투명 전도막의 친화력이 적어 발생되던 박리현상을 제거할 수 있으며, 또한 질화 실리콘막의 두께를 300-700Å 범위내에서 적층시키므로써 칼라필터의 분광특성에도 큰 영향을 미치지않게 될 뿐만 아니라 투명 수지막 위에 투명 전도막을 직접 적층할시에 불순물의 혼입으로 야기되던 투명 전도막의 단선 및 오염을 방지할 수 있는 고신뢰성의 액정 디스플레이용 칼라필터를 실현할 수 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 유리기판 상에 박막 트랜지스터의 열화 및 혼색을 방지하기 위하여 소정 간격을 두고 형성된 블랙 매트릭스와, 상기 블랙 매트릭스 사이에 각각 분리되어 순차적으로 형성된 제1 내지 제3색 필터층과, 상기 블랙 매트릭스와 색 필터층 위에 색 필터 패턴의 평탄화 및 보호를 위하여 형성된 보호막인 투명 수지막과, 상기 투명 수지막 상에 형성된 질화 실리콘막과, 상기 질화실리콘막 상에 형성된 투명 전도막으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이용 칼라필터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지막과 질화 실리콘막 및 투명 전도막은 각각 1-2.5㎛, 300-700Å 및 500-2500Å의 두께로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 액정 디스플레이용 칼라필터.
