Claims (11)
- 한쌍의 상판 및 하판과,상기 하판 상에 형성된 게이트 전극, 소스/드레인 전극을 포함한 박막 트랜지스터와,상기 박막 트랜지스터 구조를 덮는 SiNx 재질의 제 1보호막과,상기 제 1보호막 위에 형성된 소정 형상의 컬러필터와,상기 컬러필터 구조 상부에 형성되며, 외부환경으로부터 상기 컬러필터를 보호하기 위한 SiNx 재질의 제 2보호막과,상기 제 1및 제 2보호막에 형성되며, 상기 드레인전극을 노출시키는 개구부와,상기 개구부를 덮는 화소 전극과,상기 화소 전극 구조 위에 형성되며, 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 빛에 의한 누설 전류를 차단시키는 차광막과,상기 결과의 상판 및 하판 사이에 주입된 액정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극 및 상기 소오스/드레인전극은 AlNd 및 Mo/AlNd/Mo 구조 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제 2보호막은 500∼3000Å 두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 차광막은 아크릴 및 에폭시 수지 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 한쌍의 상판 및 하판을 제공하는 단계와,상기 하판 상에 게이트 전극, 소스/드레인 전극을 포함한 박막 트랜지스터를 형성하는 단계와,상기 박막 트랜지스터 구조 위에 SiNx 재질인 제 1보호막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 제 1보호막 위에 소정 형상의 컬러필터를 형성하는 단계와,상기 컬러필터 구조 상부에 외부환경으로부터 상기 컬러필터를 보호하기 위한 SiNx 재질의 제 2보호막을 형성하는 단계와,포토리쏘그라피 공정에 의해 상기 제 1및 제 2보호막을 식각하여 상기 드레인전극을 노출시키는 개구부를 형성하는 단계와,상기 제 2보호막 상에 상기 개구부를 덮는 화소 전극을 형성하는 단계와,상기 화소 전극을 포함한 하판 상에 상기 박막 트랜지스터에 빛에 의한 누설 전류를 차단시키는 차광막을 형성하는 단계와,상기 상판 위에 공통 전극을 형성하는 단계와,상기 결과의 상판 및 하판 사이에 액정을 주입하여 합착시키는 단계를 포함한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 게이트전극 및 상기 소오스/드레인전극은 AlNd 및 Mo/AlNd/Mo 구조 중 어느 하나를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2보호막 형성은, SiH4, NH3, N2 및 SiH4, NH3 중 어느 한 군의 가스를 이용하여 화학기상증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 화학기상증착 공정에서, 제 1보호막은 250∼400℃온도에서, 상기 제 2보호막은 100∼250℃온도에서 각각 증착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 제 2보호막은 500∼3000Å두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 차광막은 아크릴 및 에폭시 수지 중 어느 하나를 이용하여 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 차광막은 하프-톤 노광법을 이용하여 3∼6㎛ 및 0.5∼3㎛ 중 어느 하나의 두께로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
